Z vprašalnikom smo ugotavljali organizacijsko klimo v podjetju in kako so zaposleni zadovoljni z delovnim okoljem.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN COMPANY X
Abstract:A company’s employees are the key to success of this company over its competitors on the market. A company cannot be successful if its employees are not qualified and highly motivated. Nowadays in the times of growing competition, it is essential for a company to have employees who believe in it and feel good in its environment. In my diploma we have tried to present how important organizational climate and employees’ satisfaction are. We wished to emphasise that exactly the employees are the biggest treasure of a company and their managers have to be aware of that, as it is up to them how employees feel in a company. The aim of my work is to show theoretical awareness of organizational climate. We have presented and studied in detail the term organizational climate, its dimensions, its connection with organizational culture, measuring of organizational climate and its changing, as well as employees’ satisfaction. In the research part a quantitative research survey of company X has been carried out, based on an anonymous questionnaire SiOK. With the questionnaire organizational climate and employees’ satisfaction with the working environment have been determined. The data, most interesting to us, have been analysed by statistical methods by means of the programme SPSS. The hypothesis tests show that we cannot claim that men are more motivated than women. Besides, it is difficult to state that age influences career path. However, I can partly confirm the hypothesis claiming that duration of employment and loyalty to organization are positively connected variables and that employees with leading positions are more satisfied with working environment than non-leading ones. In conclusion, organizational climate in company X is according to my research survey results sufficient and could be even better with a higher degree of awarenes and attention.
