Abstract:Z željo po procesnem pristopu, nenehnem izboljševanju procesov in povečanju zadovoljstva kupcev se je podjetje DaMa.Tech d.o.o v začetku leta 2012 odločilo za implementacijo sistema managementa kakovosti po standardu ISO 9001:2008, ki je v danem trenutku v zadnji fazi pridobitve certifikata. Organizacije se velikokrat srečujejo s problemi pri implementaciji in razumevanju zahtev standarda ISO 9001:2008. Diplomska naloga tako predstavi sam pojem kakovost in management kakovosti, standard ISO 9001:2008 in njegove zahteve, več možnih načinov implementacije ter ovire, s katerimi se organizacije srečujejo med vpeljavo. Navedene so prednosti in slabosti, ki jih prinaša vpeljava standarda sistema mangementa kakovosti. Opisan je način izgradnje sistema kakovosti v podjetju DaMa.Tech d.o.o, način identifikacije procesov, njihovega opisa in medsebojne odvisnosti ter sistemska dokumentacija podjetja. Identificirani procesi so razdeljeni v tri skupine: glavni oziroma ključni procesi, vodstveni in podporni procesi. Predstavljena je analiza stanja z zahtevami standarda ISO 9001:2008 pred odločitvijo o izgradnji sistema managementa kakovosti ter po oblikovanem sistemu managementa kakovosti. Kakovosten izdelek oziroma storitev je rezultat učinkovitega procesa in tako je eno izmed glavnih načel standarda ISO 9001 procesni pristop. V diplomski nalogi je prav tako predstavljen vpliv standarda sistema managementa kakovosti na ključne procese, še zlasti, kakšen vpliv ima na potek procesov kakor tudi, katere so dodatne dejavnosti, dokumenti in merljivi cilji, ki jih standard sistema managementa kakovosti povzroči.

Title:INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001:2008 AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE KEY PROCESS IN DAMA.TECH D.O.O.
Abstract:At the beginning of 2012 the company DaMa.Tech d.o.o decided for implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008. There were three main intentions behind this decision. Firstly, to gain process approach. Secondly, to constantly improve processes and lastly, to increase customer satisfaction. At this point, the company is at the last step of certification process. Organizations often meet with problems at the implementation and understanding of requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2008. The diploma thesis will clarify what quality and quality management actually mean, what the standard ISO 9001:2008 and its requirements are. It will also describe different methods of implementation and barriers with which organizations might meet during the implementation. Furthermore, there are introduced benefits and weaknesses that come with implementation of quality management system. In the diploma thesis, it is described how company DaMa.Tech d.o.o implemented the quality management system, how the company identified its processes, how processes and there interaction are described, as well as system documentation of the company. Identified processes are divided in three groups: main or key processes, management processes and support processes. Furthermore, the diploma thesis presents the analysis of the situation before the decision for implementation of the standard ISO 9001:2008 and after the design of quality management system. A quality product or service is a result of efficient process, so process approach is one of the key principles of the standard ISO 9001. In the diploma thesis, the influence of the standard on the key processes in an organization is presented. The focus especially lies on the influence the standard has on the process flow, which are additional activities, documents and goals due to quality management standard.
