Abstract:Kakovost v podjetjih predvsem pa nenehno izboljševanje kakovosti ponujenih izdelkov in storitev so pomembni za dolgoročni obstoj in razvoj podjetja tako na domačih kot na tujih trgih. Zavedati se moramo, da je prav kakovost tista, ki prepriča kupca, da se bo v prihodnje še vračal. Ob tem pa ne smemo pozabiti na zaposlene v podjetju, ki so eden izmed najmočnejših dejavnikov, ki lahko pozitivno vplivajo na kakovost, saj z njimi ustvarjamo konkurenčno prednost. Kakovost v podjetjih lahko z zaposlenimi še povečamo, čeprav se nam dozdeva, da je ta že dovolj visoka. Zaposleni, ki bodo motivirani za svoje delo, bodo pripravljeni svoje znanje, kreativnost in delovne izkušnje dodobra izkoristiti pri izvedbi določene naloge. Za ohranitev in nadgradnjo znanja pa je potrebno v podjetjih uvesti redna izobraževanje. Veliko je takšnih podjetij, ki imajo uvedene time in timsko delo, kateri pripomorejo k izboljšanju kakovosti, saj je pretvorba znanja ljudi v proizvode na ta način učinkovitejša. Magistrska naloga obravnava kakovost v izbranem podjetju, to je podjetje H.B.C. d.o.o. Naloga je vsebinsko razdeljena na dva dela. Z analitičnim pregledom literature navezujoč se na temo, naloga zajema še empirični del, kjer smo s pomočjo raziskave predstavili rezultate statističnih analiz trditev. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena kakovost kot pojem in njene značilnosti z vidika različnih avtorjev. Opisani so tudi pristopi in modeli za zagotavljanje kakovosti. V raziskovalnem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje H.B.C. d.o.o.. Pri raziskovanju smo uporabili analizo vrednotenja povprečnih vrednosti ocen in analizo korelacijskih koeficientov. Vzorec raziskave je zajemal 37 anketirancev iz slovenskih podjetij, ki so bili v letu 2010 v poslovnih stikih z podjetjem H.B.C. d.o.o. Na podlagi opravljene analize smo vse tri zastavljene hipoteze potrdili. Sklep zajema ključne misli in ugotovitve, ki smo jih ugotovili med nastajanjem magistrske naloge. Prav tako, so ob koncu podani predlogi za izboljšave, ki jih bo podjetje lahko uporabljajo v prihodnje pri svojem poslovanju.

Title:QUALITY IN THE COMPANY H.B.C. D.O.O.
Abstract:The quality in companies, especially the constant improvement of quality of offered products and services, are important for the long lasting existence and the company’s development on the national as well as international markets. We have to be aware that quality is what convinces the buyer in returning in the future. Next to this, we cannot forget the employees in a company, who are one of the most powerful factors that can positively influence the quality as with them we create a competitive advantage. The quality in companies can be enhanced with employees, although it may seem it is high enough. Employees, who will be motivated for their work, will fully use their knowledge, creativity and work experiences with the realization of a specific task. For the preservation and upgrading of knowledge, regular educations in the companies are necessary. There are many companies that have already introduced teams and team work that helps with the improvement of the quality as the conversion of people’s knowledge into products is more efficient that way. The master thesis deals with quality in a selected company, company H.B.C. d.o.o. The thesis is substantively divided into two parts. With the analytic overview of the literature concerning the topic, the thesis also captures the empirical part where we presented the date with the help of the statistical analysis of hypotheses. In the theoretical part we presented quality as a concept and its features from the point of view of different authors. Approaches and models for ensuring the quality are described as well. In the empirical we briefly presented company H.B.C. d.o.o. as first. In the research we used the analysis of evaluation of average value of assessments and the analysis of the correlation coefficients. The sample of the research captured 37 participants from Slovenian companies that were in business contacts with company H.B.C. d.o.o. in 2010. Based on the analysis we confirmed all three hypotheses. The conclusion contains main thoughts and results that were concluded during the master thesis. The suggestions of improvement that can be used by companies in their future business are set at the end.
