Title:ZAVEDANJE KUPCEV O PROSTORSKI RAZPOREDITVI BLAGA V TRGOVINAH SPAR SLOVENIJA D.O.O.

Abstract:Marketing, pomemben element vsake prodaje, obsega tudi veliko marketinških prijemov; eden od njih je prav gotovo prostorska razporeditev blaga in prodajalne, ki jo uporablja vedno več trgovcev. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je opredeljen problem, ki ga želimo raziskati, postavljeni so cilji in predpostavke ter metodologija. V drugem delu nadaljujemo s predstavitvijo teoretičnih izhodišč o prostorski razporeditvi blaga in prostorski razporeditvi prodajalne, v tretjem poglavju pa je opisana razporeditev blaga in prodajalne v Spar Slovenija, d. o. o. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov v podjetju Spar Slovenija, d. o. o. in opazovanju trenutnega stanja so predstavljene tudi izboljšave v sklepnem delu diplomske naloge. Raziskovali smo v kolikšni meri se kupci zavedajo razporeditve blaga glede na spol in kakšen vpliv ima razporeditev blaga na njihov nakup. Raziskava je potekala s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika; rezultati so bili analizirani z orodjem SPSS, upoštevati pa je potrebno, da je raziskava temeljila na subjektivnih mnenjih kupcev. Analiza raziskave je pokazala zelo zanimive ugotovitve.

Title:CUSTOMER AWARENESS OF THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS IN SPAR SLOVENIA D.O.O. STORES
Abstract:Marketing is an important element of any sales and there are many marketing approaches, one of them is certainly the spatial distribution of goods and the store layout, which are used by an increasing number of traders. The first part of my thesis defines the problem that we want to explore and sets the goals, the assumptions and the methodology. In the second part we continue with the presentation of the theoretical study on the spatial distribution of the goods and the store layout, while in the third chapter both spatial distribution of goods and store layout of company Spar Slovenia Ltd. are described. Based on the information in the company Spar Slovenia Ltd. and observing the current state, we present some improvements in the final part of the thesis. We researched the extent to which customers are aware of the spatial distribution of goods based on customer gender and what impact the distribution of goods has on their purchase. The research was conducted through a survey questionnaire and the results were analyzed by using SPSS. Still, it is essential to take into account that the survey was based on subjective opinions of customers. The analysis of the survey revealed some interesting results.
