Abstract:Podjetja morajo za svoj nadaljni obstoj načrtovati potek prihodnjega dogajanja. Slovenski podjetniški sklad zagotavlja zunanje oblike financiranja malim in srednje velikim podjetjem v Sloveniji.

Title:METHODS OF CREATING PROSPECTIVE STATEMENTS FOR OBTAINING FUNDS FROM THE SLOVENE ENTERPRISE FUND
Abstract:Company for its further existence need to plan the future course of action. In particular, this need arises when seeking external funding sources. The basis for this are the prospective financial statements, which are the guidelines of the future behaviour of the enterprise. They are defined by the Slovenian Accounting Standards, which are largely harmonized with the accounting standards in the European Union. Slovenian Enterprise Fund provides the external forms of direct financing for small and medium sized enterprises in Slovenia. For this purpose several times in the year they prepare tenders where firms compete for the various forms of funding. For the purpose of tendering firms should prepare documentation in the form as required by the Fund, which then decides on the future prospects of the projects. Particularly the smaller companies must constantly search for funding projects, because most companies do not have sufficient resources to meet their business ideas and projects. Firms first use their own resources but later they often venturing after external sources of funding and thus must examine the various forms of financing. External resources and providers of them often require that the investment is effective and achievable, therefore, companies must present the future business. For this purpose companies must create prospective statements, which are a reflection of the company's future.
