Title:ODZIVANJE DELOVNEGA OKOLJA OB STISKI POSAMEZNIKA

Abstract:Naloga prikazuje in opisuje reakcijo oziroma odzivanje delovnega okolja na stisko posameznika. Stres je zelo subjektivno čustvo, zato lahko skoraj vsaka situacija povzroči stres, odvisno pač od posameznikovega dojemanja te situacije. Zavedati se moramo, da se v življenju posameznikov dogajajo različne stvari, ki so včasih precej stresne in ljudje ne vedo, kam naj se obrnejo po pomoč. Vsebina diplomske naloge je razdeljena na teoretični del, kjer sta predstavljena pomena organizacijske klime in stresa ter empirični del, kjer je predstavljena raziskava in podane analize. Uporabljen je bil anketni vprašalnik in po raziskavi, analizi ter statistični obdelavi podatkov, rezultati prikazujejo, kaj zaposleni menijo o svojem delovnem mestu, stopnjo zadovoljstva, ali so bili kdaj v stiski, katere znake dožviljanja stiske so opazili, kako sproščajo stres in kako se je delovno okolje odzivalo na njihovo stisko. Ugotovili smo, da se pri polovici zaposlenih osebna stiska prenaša tudi v delovno okolje oziroma da vpliva na opravljanje njihovega dela ter da nihče od anketiranih ni odgovoril, da nikoli ni opazil, da bi kateri izmed sodelavcev doživljal stisko.

Title:THE RESPONSE OF A WORKPLACE TO A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF DISTRESS
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the response of the workplace to the distress experienced by an individual. As distress is a very subjective feeling, it can be caused by a vast array of situations, based on the individual’s perception. We should acknowledge the fact that each of us faces various complex life situations, often without knowing how to deal with them and where to seek assistance. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part that outlines the importance of the organizational environment with regard to distress and the empirical part, in which the survey with the analysis is presented. The questionnaire was used for the survey and after the research, the analysis and the statistical presentation of the data the following results are discussed: how employees see their working environment, their level of satisfaction, whether they have experienced distress at work, which signs of distress they have noticed, how they relieve the stress and how the working environment has responded to their distress. From the results of the survey it is evident, that for half of the employees the distress is transmitted into their working environment and affects their working abilities. Additionally, none of the respondents replied that he / she has never noticed that a colleague was experiencing distress.
