Title:PODJETJE UNIOR D. D. NA ARABSKEM TRŽIŠČU IN MEDKULTURNE RAZLIKE PRI POSLOVANJU

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo preučevali poslovanje podjetja Unior Kovaška industrija d. d. Zreče z državami arabskega sveta in medkulturne razlike, ki so najbolj očitne pri poslovanju. Če želimo biti uspešni v poslu z državo iz arabskega sveta, moramo zelo dobro poznati njeno kulturo, saj lahko že s preprosto gesto ali govorico telesa nehote in nevede ustvarimo zelo nelagodno situacijo, ki bi pri bila nas sicer povsem običajna, za njih pa pomeni žalitev ter posledično tudi slab medsebojni odnos in slabo poslovanje. Ugotovili smo, da je prav odnos med najpomembnejšimi sestavinami uspešnega poslovnega sodelovanja med podjetjem Unior d. d. in podjetji z arabskega trga, saj lahko s potrpežljivo vzpostavitvijo in ohranjanjem le-tega, ustvarimo odličen poslovni rezultat. Da bi lahko dosegli tak odnos, je v prvi vrsti potrebno zelo dobro poznavanje arabske kulture, prilagajanje in upoštevanje najpomembnejših lastnosti in seveda uspešno izpeljevanje poslovnih zahtev, ki jih nasprotna stran potrebuje za izvajanje svojega poslovanja. Preučili smo realizacijo prodaje podjetja Unior d. d. na arabskem tržišču in kako je potekalo poslovanje v letih od 2007 do 2011, ki so veljala za tako imenovano gospodarsko krizo. Preučili smo tudi medkulturne razlike in njihov vpliv na poslovanje. Za uspešno poslovanje z državami arabskega sveta je potrebno zelo dobro poznavanje arabske kulture, ki na svetu izstopa in velja za nekaj posebnega. V diplomskem delu pojasnjujemo bistvene značilnosti arabske kulture v primerjavi s slovensko. V intervjuju s predstavnico podjetja Unior d. d. pa dobimo zanimive odgovore s področja poslovanja z arabskimi državami in tipičnih medkulturnih razlik, zanimivosti in podrobnosti, na katere je treba biti pozoren pri poslovanju.

Title:COMPANY UNIOR D. D. ON THE ARABIAN MARKET AND CULTURAL DIFFERENCES IN BUSINESS
Abstract:The matterof this diploma was the business of Unior Kovaška industrija d. d. Zreče with Arabic countries and cultural differences that appear along trading. If we wantto succeed in business with an Arabic country, we must be familiar with their culture. Otherwise we can quickly create an uncomfortable situation by making the wrong gesture or having the wrong body language. This kind of behavior may be natural for the society we live in, but in a different environment, we can quickly insult some one and harm the relationship, which leads to poor business. In the diploma we discovered that relationship is the most important ingredient of successful business collaboration between Unior d. d. and Arabic companies. By slowly establishing and maintaining this relationship we can make an excellent business result. To acquire this kind of relationship we need to know the Arabic culture, adjust to it and take to consideration some of the most important characteristics of the culture. Beside that we need to successfully fulfill the business demands that they need to complete their performance. The matterof the diploma was also the realization of commerce Unior d. d. made in Arabic countries and the success of business collaboration between the years 2007 and 2011,which are thought to be the years of economic crisis. In the diploma we also looked at some cultural differences and the affect they have ontrading. For successful trading with Arabic countries it is important to know their culture very well, because it is in many ways special and very different from ours. So we look at the significant characteristics of Arabic culture in comparison with Slovenian. Talking to the representative of Unior d. d. we got some interesting facts regarding trading with Arabic countries and some typical cultural differences, which we must take into consideration while trading with Arabic countries.
