Abstract:V sodobnem času se je v industrijski proizvodnji potrebno hitro prilagajati spremembam, ki jih narekuje trg, zato je potrebno čim hitreje ob čim manjših stroških zasnovati in brez večjih posegov v strojni proizvodni sistem izvesti tudi spremembe krmilnih sistemov. Za avtomatizacijo vodenja proizvodnih procesov se klasično uporabljajo industrijski PLK krmilniki. Ko je potrebno prilagoditi proizvodni proces, je potrebno spremeniti tudi program v PLK krmilnikih, zaradi česar lahko pride do daljšega izpada proizvodnje. Ta postopek bi lahko skrajšali, če bi krmilnik lahko programirali kar v jeziku specifikacije, ki je prilagojen problemu, s katerim se ukvarjamo. Program krmilnika tudi želimo verificirati v nekem simulacijskem okolju še pred končno implementacijo na realni strojni opremi. Takšen postopek snovanja programske opreme na industrijskih krmilnih sistemih lahko bistveno skrajša potreben čas in olajša kasnejše spremembe ali nadgradnje v sistemih avtomatizacije predvsem pri kompleksnejših problemih. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno snovanje vodenja transportnega sistema Bosch TS1 s pomočjo programskega orodja Stateflow. Zgrajen je tudi model proizvodnega sistema. Algoritem vodenja je najprej verificiran s simulacijo v programskem paketu Simulink, potem pa je z istim algoritmom izvedeno tudi vodenje realnega sistema. V tem primeru osebni računalnik s programsko opremo Matlab (katerega del sta tudi Simulink in Stateflow), nadomešča PLK krmilnik.

Title:CONTROL AND SIMULATION OF BOSCH TS1 CONVEYOR SYSTEM BY STATEFLOW SOFTWARE TOOL
Abstract:In modern industrial production it is necessary to rapidly adapt to the changes dictated by the market. With limited funds, a quick design and implementation of any changes to control systems with limited intervention to the hardware manufacturing system are essential. Industrial PLC controllers are the most commonly used for automated control of production processes. When adjusting the production process it is necessary to modify the program in the PLC controller, which can lead to long manufacturing downtime. This process could be reduced if the controller could have been programmed with the language specification that is adjusted to the problem, which we are dealing with. The control program also needs to be verified in a simulated environment prior to final implementation on real hardware system. Such software designing procedure for industrial control systems can significantly shorten the required time and facilitate subsequent changes or upgrades in automated systems, primarily for more complex problems. This diploma thesis presents the design of control for conveyor system Bosch TS1 using Stateflow software tool. The production system model has also been built. Controlling algorithm must first pass the simulation in a software package Simulink, and then the same algorithm is implemented into the real system. In this case, a personal computer with the software tool Matlab, which combines the Simulink and Stateflow, replaces the PLC controller.
