Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je obravnavana predstavitev marketinškega spleta za storitve ter marketinška analiza uporabnikov storitev v Kavarni Maček. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela, teoretičnega in empiričnega. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili marketinški splet in ciljno trženje ter ju podprli z analizo strokovnih virov in literature. Teoretični del je sestavljen iz uvodnega dela z opredelitvijo in opisom problema, postavitvijo raziskovalnih vprašanj in nadaljevanja, v katerem so predstavljene vse prvine marketinškega spleta skozi formulo 7P in ciljno trženje. Drugi del diplomske naloge, empirični del, pa sestavlja marketinška raziskava trga uporabnikov storitev s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil razdeljen med uporabnike storitev Kavarne Maček. S to metodo smo prišli do relativno poceni tržnih informacij in odgovorov na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil z izvedeno tržno raziskavo dosežen.

Title:MARKET ANALYSIS IN KAVARNA MAČEK
Abstract:The thesis dealt with the presentation of the marketing mix for services, and marketing analysis of service users in Kavarna Maček. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part presents the marketing mix and target marketing, supported with expert analysis of the sources and literature. The theoretical part consists of the introductory part of the definition and description of the problem, setting up research questions and follow-up, which presents all the elements of the marketing mix for services through a formula 7 P and targeted marketing. The second part of the thesis, the empirical part consists of market research and analysis of service users with a questionnaire, which was distributed among users of Kavarna Maček. With this method we came up to relatively cheap information and answers to the research questions. The aim of this thesis was reached with this market analysis.
