Opis:Pri diplomskem delu sem moral upoštevati zahteve podjetja, zaradi tega je to diplomsko delo zaprtega značaja. V njem so uporabljeni navidezni faktorji (dimenzij, parametrov kaljenja, časov izdelave), s katerimi sem lažje opravil to delo. V diplomskem delu smo poskušali razviti in optimirati nov tehnološki postopek izdelave velikih preciznih kotalnih ležajev. V uvodu je predstavljeno podjetje Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. in kratek opis programov, ki jih izvajajo v tem podjetju. Sledi poglavje v katerem so opisane različne izvedbe velikih preciznih kotalnih ležajev in zahtevane razvojne naloge pri gradnji ležajev. Nato so opisani materiali in vrste poškodb, ki bi morebiti lahko nastopile po daljšem obratovanju pri zelo zahtevnih pogojih obratovanja. Sledi poglavje, pri katerem se je bilo potrebno dokaj poglobiti, vsaj kupci, iz leta v leto zahtevajo čim daljšo življensko dobo ležajev. Zato smo si pri tem poglavju pomagali s teorijo, ki jo je v uvodoma napisal Weibull leta 1939, kasneje pa sta to teorijo uporabila Lunberg in Palmgrenov. V nadaljevanju je opisano poglavje, s katerim so določene zahtevane tolerance točnosti po ISO standardih (tolerance generalne točnosti obročev, porazdelitve izvrtin, profila tečine, ozobja, itd.). Sledi opis kaljenja, ampak zaradi tajnosti in zaprtega tipa diplomskega dela, sem navedel le navidezne faktorje parametrov, s katerimi smo dosegli zahtevano globino kaljenja. Sledi poglavje v katerem smo razvili in optimirali nov tehnološki postopek izdelave ležajev. V zaključku je ugotovljeno, da je življenjska doba in dimenzijska točnost, odvisna od pravilnega tehnološkega postopka za posamezen tip ležaja, saj z obstoječim načinom izdelave ležajev, ni možno zagotoviti kupčeve zahteve.

Naslov:DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH PRECISION ROLLING BEARINGS
Opis:In my diploma work I had to take the demands of the company into consideration, and that is why this diploma work is of closed characteristics. I used apparent factors (of dimensions, parameters of turbidity, and times of production) which made it easier to complete this task. In my diploma work I tried to develop and optimize a new technological procedure of producing large precise roller bearings. In the introduction there is a presentation of the company Sistemska tehnika d.o.o. and a short description of the programs which are used within this company. Next is a chapter in which I describe different performances of large precise roller bearings and the demanded development tasks when constructing bearings. Next there is a description of materials and types of damages that could possibly occur with long-term use and very demanding circumstances during their use. Following is a chapter that required a fair amount of depth as consumers demand a longer life expectancy of the product every year. That is why in this chapter we used the help of the theory which was primarily written by Weibull in 1939 and later used by Lunberg and Palmgrenov. Moving on there is a descriptive chapter dealing with certain demands of tolerance and accuracy according to ISO standards (the tolerances of general accuracy of bands, the distribution of borings, profile of the rolling contact and cogwheel, and so on). After this there is a description of germination but as this is a closed type diploma work I only listed the apparent factors of the parameters with which we can achieve the demanding depth of germination due to secrecy reasons. Next there is a chapter in which we developed and optimized the new technological process of making bearings. In the conclusion there is the description of the findings which state that the life expectancy and the dimensional accuracy is dependent on the correct technological procedure for every individual type of bearing, as the current process of manufacturing bearings cannot meet and satisfy the consumers’ demands.
