Abstract:Zunanje izvajanje dejavnosti je pogodbeni prenos določene dejavnosti oz. poslovne funkcije, ki jo je podjetje opravljalo samo, na zunanje izvajalce. Ti za naročnika prinašajo mnogo koristi, ki se kažejo v ceni, kvaliteti storitev, znanju in tehnologiji, preneseni odgovornosti na izvajalca ter omogočajo, da se podjetje osredotoči na ključno dejavnost podjetja. V Sloveniji podjetja k zunanjim izvajalcem najpogosteje prenesejo dejavnosti, kot so čiščenje, varovanje in informacijska tehnologija. Skupna vrednost pogodb zunanjega izvajanja dejavnosti je v Evropi leta 2011 znašala 44 milijard evrov, kar je 27 odstotkov več kot v letu 2010. Najvišji izkupiček sta dosegla sektor finančnih storitev in proizvodni sektor, saj sta skupaj predstavljala več kot polovico vseh pogodb v Evropi. Zunanje izvajanje po svetu se je najbolj zmanjšalo na Japonskem, saj sta potres in jedrska nesreča povzročila umik dobaviteljev iz tistega področja. V letu 2011 je vrednost pogodb znašala le 0,5 milijard evrov. Kot nova področja zunanjega izvajanja so se najbolj uveljavile države Bližnjega vzhoda in severne Afrike, kjer je bila vrednost poslov skoraj petkrat višja kot v letu 2010.

Title:BENEFITS AND RISKS ANALYSIS OF OUTSOURCING: CASE OF ITTA LTD.
Abstract:Outsourcing is the process of contracting certain activities or business functions to external providers. They deliver many benefits, which are reflected in the price, quality, knowledge and technology, the responsibility of the contractor and allows the company to focus on their key business functions. The companies in Slovenia are most frequently outsourcing activities such as cleaning, security and information technology. The total value of outsourcing contracts in Europe in 2011 amounted to 44 billion euros, which is 27 percent more than in year 2010. The highest yield achieved financial services sector and manufacturing sector, as they together accounted more than half of all contracts in Europe. The largest decline of outsourcing was in Japan since the earthquake and nuclear disaster caused the withdrawal of suppliers from that area. In 2011 the value of the contracts amounted only 0.5 billion euros. As new areas of outsourcing the Middle East and North Africa, achieved almost five times higher total value of outsourcing contracts compared to 2010.
