Title:MODEL ZA PREMAGOVANJE STRESA NA DELOVNEM MESTU NA PRIMERU RAIFFEISEN BANKE

Abstract:Stres na delovnem mestu prizadene zaposlene na vseh položajih ter v podjetjih vseh velikosti in vseh panog. Delovni pogoji in narava dela se danes spreminjajo hitreje kot kadarkoli prej, zato je pojavnost stresa vse večja. Organizacije bi si zato morale prizadevati za zagotavljanje takšnih delovnih pogojev, ki bi zmanjšali vpliv stresa in omogočili zaposlenim določeno raven kvalitete delovnega življenja. V magistrskem delu smo proučevali stres na delovnem mestu na primeru Raiffeisen banke, d. d. in se osredotočili predvsem na tri izbrane sekcije znotraj Oddelka centralnih operacij. Motiv za izbiro te teme je bila zaposlitev v enem izmed proučevanih sekcij Raiffeisen banke. Glede na raznolikost dela, ki ga opravljajo posamezne sekcije znotraj Oddelka centralnih operacij, smo želeli ugotoviti, katera sekcija je tista, v kateri so zaposleni najbolj izpostavljeni stresu.

Title:MODEL FOF CONQUERING STRESS BASED ON RAIFFEISEN BANK SI
Abstract:Stress in the workplace affects employees in all positions and in the company of all sizes and all industries. Working conditions and the nature of work is changing faster today than ever before, therefore increasing the incidence of stress. Labor organizations should therefore seek to ensure such working conditions which would reduce the impact of stress and allow employees a certain level of quality of working life. In the following master thesis, we studied stress in the workplace in the case of Raiffeisen Bank, d. d. and focuses primarily on three selected sections within the Department of Central Operations. The motivation for choosing this theme was a job in one of the studied sections of the Raiffeisen Bank. Given the variety of work performed by each section within the Department of Central Operations, we wanted to determine which one of the studied sections is the one in which employees are most vulnerable to stress.
