Title:AVTOMATIZACIJA IN ROBOTIZACIJA KABELSKIH SNOPOV V PODJETJU CABLEX-M

Abstract:Proizvodna podjetja so pod čedalje večjim pritiskom globalnega trga. Zmanjšati morajo vrednost dela, povečati svojo učinkovitost, dodano vrednost in s tem ohranjati konkurenčnost na svetovnem trgu. Eden od načinov za dosego tega cilja je avtomatizacija in robotizacija proizvodnih procesov v podjetju. Hitro razvijajoča se računalniška tehnologija s skoraj neomejenimi možnostmi zagotavlja hiter razvoj računalništva, robotike in informacij. S pomočjo analize proizvodnega procesa smo največje izgube ugotovili pri polaganju kabelskih snopov. Zasledovanje trendov konkurenčnih podjetij, tehnološke novosti na tržišču ter strokovno znanje sodelavcev so nas vodili k idejni zasnovi projekta avtomatizacije in robotizacije faze polaganja kabelskih snopov. Poleg avtomatizacije in robotizacije faze polaganja izdelkov je bil v projekt zajet tudi sistem polaganja z roboti na več polagalnih tablah hkrati. V projekt je bil zajet tudi nadzor nad delovanjem strojev in avtomatski zajem drugih informacij iz proizvodnje, s pomočjo katerih bi lahko lažje planirali in krmilili proizvodnjo. Z avtomatizacijo in robotizacijo faze polaganja bomo povečali število izdelanih izdelkov na izmeno in povečali kakovost izdelkov. Z računalniško podporo proizvodnje pa bomo povečali nadzor delovanja proizvodnje. Z avtomatizacijo natančno določimo razpored dela oziroma zaporedje dela izvajanja operacij po posameznih delovnih mestih. V podjetju uvajamo program PTP za podporo tehnologiji in proizvodnji, s katerim natančno določimo operacije, ki se izvajajo na posameznih delovnih mestih, čas izdelave, potrebe materiala za izvedbo itd. Zaradi tega bomo občutno zmanjšali stroške izdelave izdelka in tako ostali korak pred konkurenco.

Title:AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS CABLE HARNESSES IN PRODUCTIONS OF CABLEX-M
Abstract:Manufacturing companies are under increasing pressure of global market. They need to reduce the value of work, increase their efficiency and added product value to maintain their competitiveness in the global market. One way to achieve this goal is the automation and robotization of production processes in the company. Rapidly evolving computer technology to provide almost unlimited possibilities of the rapid development of computer science, robotics and information. Manufacturing process analysis located greatest losses at cable bundles laying. From observing practices used by competition, as well as using technological novelties appearing on the market and accumulated expertise of co-workers, a conceptual basis was defined of a project for automation and robotization of cable bundles laying. Apart from automation and robotization, development of the robotized laying system on several laying surfaces simultaneously was also included in the project. As was development of machine controlling systems and automatic acquisition of all other data from the manufacturing process that may be used for planning and controlling the manufacturing process. Automation and robotization of the laying phase will enable increased manufacturing rate and increased quality of the products. Computer supported manufacturing will enable control over every aspect of the manufacturing process. Automation will precisely define work schedule, i.e. consecutive operations at individual locations, manufacturing time, material needed, etc. Therefore, total costs of manufacturing per unit product will be considerably lowered which will keep us ahead of competition.
