Title:ČIŠČENJE ODPADNE VODE SKLADIŠČNO - PREDELOVALNIH CENTROV

Abstract:Predmet našega diplomskega dela je bilo čiščenje industrijske odpadne vode iz centrov za skladiščenje in predelavo odpadkov. Ponekod odpadna voda iz centrov ne teče v kanalizacijsko omrežje, ki je priključeno na čistilno napravo, ampak se izteka v vodotoke in tla, kar v primeru kršenja zakonodaje pomeni, da se centri lahko zaprejo. Vzorčno mesto smo izbrali v zbirnem centru PE Žalec, kjer naj bi bila odpadna voda najbolj obremenjena. Glede na poročila o obratovalnih monitoringih za obdobje od 2007 do 2010 smo ugotovili, da od kovin presega zakonsko predpisane mejne vrednosti železo, prav tako so presežene vrednosti KPK, BPK5 ter suspendiranih snovi. Z ustreznimi postopki smo želeli znižati koncentracije omenjenih parametrov pod zakonsko določene vrednosti, tako da bi vodo lahko spuščali direktno v vodotoke s čim manjšimi stroški. Preizkusili smo več kombinacij. Posebno pozornost smo posvetili odstranjevanju železa, ki smo ga odstranili preko piroluzita v kombinaciji s prepihovanjem. Organsko onesnaženje smo najbolj znižali s filtrom z aktivnim ogljem.

Title:WASTE WATER TREATMENT FROM RECYCLING FACILITIES
Abstract:The subject of our thesis was the waste water treatment from recycling facility. Waste waters flow into the sewerage to the waste water treatment plant, but in some cases waste water flows directly into environmental streams or soil. If the water quality does not meet the standards determined by the law, the centers could be closed. Wastewater from center PE Žalec was chosen for the study. Operational monitoring reports for the period from 2007 to 2010 showed that, iron exceeds the statutory limit among the metals as well as the values of COD, BOD5 and suspended solids. The aim of the thesis was to purify the waste water from the recycling facilities below the allowed values, so that the water could be drained directly into the rivers by minimal costs. We tested a number of options. Special attention was directed towards iron removal, which was achieved by using pyrolusite and aeration, while organic pollutants were removed using an activated charcoal filter.
