Opis:Spremenjen način življenja, nove vrednote, predvsem pa hiter tempo dela, so tisti elementi, ki pomembno vplivajo na medosebne odnose med ljudmi. Vplivajo na ljudi in izide dela. V teoretičnih izhodiščih so izpostavljeni vplivi, ki imajo pomemben in velik vpliv na medosebne odnose in so prikazane povezave med njimi. Empirični del zajema raziskavo, ki proučuje povezavo profesionalnega načina vedenja v delovnem okolju, zadovoljstva, stanja konfliktnosti, komunikacije, stopnjo zaupanja in zadovoljstva z neposredno nadrejenim z medosebnimi odnosi. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 90 anketirancev zaposlenih v izbrani zdravstveni organizaciji. Rezultati kažejo, da obstajajo povezave med medosebnimi odnosi in: profesionalnim načinom vedenja, zadovoljstvom z delom in delovnimi pogoji, stanjem konfliktnosti, stanjem komunikacije ter zaupanjem in zadovoljstvom z neposredno nadrejenim. 60% anketirancev meni, da so medosebni odnosi na njihovem oddelku dobri. Da so za slabe medosebne odnose krivi njihovi nadrejeni trdi 16,7% anketirancev, da so za to krivi redki posamezniki (in ne celotni tim) meni 73,3% anketirancev. Raziskava pokaže na razlike v medosebnih odnosih med posameznimi oddelki in na razlike v zaupanju in zadovoljstvu z neposrednim vodjem. Iz rezultatov lahko opazimo, da se v nekaterih timih pojavi favoriziranje posameznih podrejenih s strani vodje. Kot najbolj izrazit vpliv med dvema spremenljivkama v raziskavi je opaziti povezavo med medosebnimi odnosi in stanjem komuniciranja znotraj oddelkov. Stanje komunikacije je sicer med bolje ocenjenimi segmenti vplivov na medosebne odnose iz česar sledi, da je treba graditi predvsem na krepitvi tega segmenta, kljub temu, da sistem komuniciranja nikoli ne more biti tako dober, da ga ne bi bilo moč še izboljšati.

Naslov:Interpersonal relations in the nursing care team
Opis:New stress drivers such as dynamic lifestyle and changing individual values are major elements with a significant impact on the interpersional relationships between people. The impact on people strongly reflects on their results at work. The theoretical part presents the influences that have a major significant impact on the interpersonal relationships showing the links between them. The empirical part covers a detailed research on the correlations between the interpersonal relationship of employees in different departments and the employee’s behavior in a professional work environment, the workers’ satisfaction, interpersonal conflicts, communication, worker’s confidence and his/her satisfaction with the direct leader. The questionnaire has analyzed the responses of 90 employees in the nursing care team of a health organization. The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the interpersonal relations and the professional mode of behavior, the satisfaction with work and working conditions, the conflicts, the overall communication, the employee’s confidence and satisfaction with the direct leader. 60% of respondents confirm to have good interpersonal relationships in their department. 16.7% of the participants in the survey believe that their direct leader is the reason for unstable relations within the department. The other 73.3% of respondents still blame individuals for misunderstandings within the department rather than the whole team. The survey reveals various differences in the communication methods of the departments and focus on the lack of employee’s trust and satisfaction with the direct leaders. Consequently, subjective sympathy over particular workers can be seen in some departments where the supervisor may favor some workers over others. The most striking effect between the two variables in the study is the correlation between interpersonal relationships and communication within the departments of the organization. Communication status is among the most valued segments of the effects on interpersonal relationships where it should be built mainly on the strengthening of this segment, despite the fact that there is always room for improvement. The research paper provides a theoretical basis to reflect the concept of interpersonal relationships with clear solutions of how to enhance and manage them.
