Abstract:Marketing je nepogrešljiva funkcija vsake organizacije, saj je nujno potreben pri premagovanju konkurence in obstoju na trgu. V preteklosti se je najbolj razširil v poslovnem sektorju, danes pa se pomembnosti marketinga v organizaciji vse bolj zavedajo tudi neprofitne organizacije. Zaradi vse večje konkurence pri pridobivanju sredstev in načina financiranja so tudi neprofitne organizacije prisiljenje poseči po podobnih orodjih, kot jih uporabljajo profitne organizacije, saj se zavedajo, da si brez ustrezne strategije marketinga ne moremo zamišljati dobrega poslovanja. Skozi diplomsko delo smo želeli predstaviti pomembnost marketinga v neprofitni organizaciji, ugotoviti, kakšno vrednost marketinški vložek predstavlja za organizacijo UIP - Univerzitetni razvojni center in inkubator Primorske d.o.o. ter izdelati predlog marketinškega načrta. Delo je razdeljeno na tri dele. V prvem delu je teoretični del, ki opisuje pomembnost marketinga in marketinška načrtovanja v neprofitni organizaciji. Opredeljen je pojem marketing in marketinški načrt ter predstavljen marketing v neprofitni organizaciji. V drugem delu je podrobneje prikazan teoretični model marketinškega načrta, na podlagi katerega smo na koncu diplomskega dela podali predlog marketinškega načrta za podjetje UIP d.o.o. Problem, ki je predstavljen v uvodu, je s pomočjo teorije in analize raziskave razrešen ob koncu diplomskega dela. Pridobili smo podatke o prepoznavnosti in učnkovitosti marketinških aktivnosti UIP d.o.o. ter nekaj koristnih informacij za izdelavo marketinškega načrta.

Title:PROPOSAL OF A MARKETING PLAN FOR THE UIP D.O.O.
Abstract:Marketing is indispable function of every organization, it is necessary to overcome the competition and the existence of the market. In the past, marketing was the most extended in the business sector, but now the importance of marketing in organizations are increasingly aware of the non-profit organizations. Because of the growing competition to raise resources and metod of financing non-profit organizations are using similar tools as those used by profit-making organizations, knowing that without a proper marketing strategy, we can not imagine a good business. Through diploma work we want to represent the importance of marketing in non-profit organization, to determine what the value of marketing investment represent for UIP - university research center and incubator of Primorska Ltd. and create marketing plan proposal. Thesis work is divided into three parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which describes the importance of marketing and marketing planning in a non-profit organization. Also is defined concept of marketing and marketing plan and presented in a non-profit marketing organization. In the second part is shown in detail the theoretical model marketing plan, under which we at the end of diploma made the proposal of marketing plan for UIP Ltd. The problem which is presented in the introduction, with the help of theory and analysis of research was resolved at the end of the diploma work. We acquired information of the reputation and marketing activities of UIP Ltd. and some helpful information to make the marketing plan.
