Abstract:Na tržišču obstaja veliko podjetij s konkurenčno ponudbo izdelkov, storitev, in vsak dan se pojavljajo nova, ki želijo prodreti na trg. Med njimi se bije neizprosen boj za vsakega kupca. Tako je namen diplomske naloge ugotoviti, kateri so odločujoči dejavniki, ki vplivajo na odločitev kupcev za naše podjetje kot njihovega dobavitelja, in kateri dejavniki so pomembni pri odločitvi kupcev, da postanejo uporabniki spletnega naročanja izdelkov. Ugotoviti hočemo tudi, zaradi katerih faktorjev se ne odločijo za spletno naročanje in kaj lahko naredimo mi za to, da jih prepričamo v spletni nakup. Za cilj smo si zastavili tudi povečanje količine prodanih izdelkov in povečanje našega tržnega deleža, dobička, kar je bistvo dobre prodaje. Kako to doseči, pa smo na podlagi naše raziskave na zanimiv način predstavili rešitve ciljev, ki smo si jih postavili. Raziskavo smo naredili s pomočjo ankete. Z analizo odgovorov na premišljeno zastavljena vprašanja smo prišli do zanimivih ugotovitev in predlogov za izboljšanje naše spletne trgovine.

Title:INTERNET ORDERING PRODUCTS COMPANY SANDVIK COROMANT
Abstract:There are many aggressive existing cometitive companies on a market, who offer similar product range and engineering solutions. Goal of this thesis is to determine which decisive factors are the most influent for the customers to choose online shopping. Furthermore we would also like to determine because of which factors clients doesn`t decide for this purchasing method and what we can do to persuade them to choose this method. For the most important goals we set bigger amount of sold products on anual basis, bigger market share and profit which is main sales goal. In this thesis we determined in interesting way how to achieve described goals. Results of this thesis we concluded with survey. With survey analysis we came to interesting conclusions and suggestions how to improve online shopping methods.
