It is also important that we are confident and happy enough and we know how to manage our time.
Stress is a global phenomenon and a problem of every society. It causes many illnesses and high costs to companies and governments. Therefore, we have to realize the seriousness of this problem and deal with it as soon as we can. Only then we can live a peaceful life and enjoy better quality of life.
