Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava kronično pljučno bolezen astmo. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena bolezen astma, vključno z anatomijo in fiziologijo dihalnega sistema, klinično sliko in etiopatogenezo astme, opisani so sprožilci astme, preventiva in zdravljenje bolnika z astmo, vključno z alternativnim zdravljenjem, ter zdravstvena nega in zdravstvena vzgoja bolnika z astmo, v katero je vključena tudi medicinska sestra. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki se je izvajala marca 2011 na vzorcu 50-tih bolnikov z astmo. Raziskava je potekala v Pljučnem dispanzerju v Murski Soboti in na Dihalnih vajah, ki so se izvajale v sklopu Astma šole na 1. Osnovni šoli, prav tako v Murski Soboti. Cilj raziskave je bil spoznati, kako vsak posameznik, ki boleha za astmo, skrbi za svoje zdravje oz. kako se v vsakdanjem življenju spopada s svojo boleznijo. Z raziskavo je bilo ugotovljeno, da bolniki z astmo zelo dobro skrbijo za svoje zdravje, saj kar 78% anketirancev redno skrbi za svojo telesno aktivnost, dobro skrbijo tudi za svoje psihično počutje, o svoji bolezni dodatno pridobivajo znanje s pomočjo knjig in revij, kar 36% pa jih uporablja tudi internet. 76% anketiranih z astmo je vključenih tudi v Društvo pljučnih in alergijskih bolnikov Slovenije. Bolniki alergični na pršico imajo po podatkih raziskave ustrezno urejen svoj bivalni prostor.

Title:Life with asthma
Abstract:The central theme of this thesis is the deals with chronic inflammatory disease of asthma. It consists of two parts which are theoretical and empirical work. In the theoretical part we will present asthma including anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, the clinical picture and etiopatogenesis of asthma, triggers of disease, prevention and treatment of patients with asthma, alternative medicine and health care with health educating patients that have asthma and the rule of the nurses. Empirical part includes questionnaire which was made in March 2011 on a sample of 50 patients with asthma disease. The research was conducted in Murska Sobota and on the breathing exercises at first primary school of Murska Sobota. The aim of the research was to know how each individual who suffers from asthma care for their health and how he deals with it in his everyday life. It was found that patients with asthma are taking good care of their health, because 78% of subjects regular care for their physical and psychological health. They are gaining additional knowledge through books and magazines, 36% use the internet for the information, 76% of subjects are enrolled in the Association of pulmonary and allergic patients of Slovenia. Patients allergic to mites have properly set up living space by the research results.
