Title:MOŽNOSTI RAZVOJA IN TRŽENJA NA EKOLOŠKI KMETIJI

Abstract:Slovenija je območje, kjer klimatske razmere ustrezajo sonaravnemu, zlasti ekološkemu načinu kmetovanja. Povpraševanje porabnikov po ekološko pridelani hrani stalno narašča, zato ekološko kmetijstvo predstavlja dobro tržno nišo. V dosedanjem razvoju ekološkega kmetijstva se je s pomočjo kmetijske politike povečalo število ekoloških kmetovalcev, ustanovile so se organizacije za kontrolo ipd. Nekateri pridelovalci so svojo pridelavo že tržno usmerili, v večini primerov pa to ostaja še nerešeno vprašanje. Zato je v diplomskem delu predstavljena ekološka kmetija Mlakar, analizirano kmetovanje in možnosti razvoja ter izboljšava tržnih poti na njej. Postavljeni so tudi temelji za nadaljnje ekološko kmetovanje. Z opisom področij ekološkega kmetijstva, problematike prehrane, trženja in obremenjevanja okolja je prikazano, kako pomembna in aktualna je obravnavana tema. Na področju ekološkega kmetijstva je čas za spremembe, kar pa pomeni, da je treba sprejeti določena tveganja. Dvome predstavlja predvsem proizvodnja in že danes napovedana svetovna problematika hrane. Bomo pridelovali ekološko ali gensko spremenjeno hrano? Velik del odločitev je v rokah končnih porabnikov – nas,ki bomo v prodajalnah odločali o izdelku in narekovali pridelovalcem, kaj in kako naj pridelujejo.

Title:POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPMENT AND TRADING ON ECOLOGICAL FARM
Abstract:Slovenia is a region, where the climate is appropriate for natural agriculture, in particular organic. Demand from consumers for organically-grown food is constantly increasing, therefore organic agriculture represents a good niche market. With the help of agricultural policy, progress in organic agriculture so far has seen a greater number of organic farmers, control organisations were founded etc. Some farmers already grow their crops for the market, but in most cases this is still an unresolved question. This diploma thesis presents the ecological farm Mlakar, analysed agriculture, development possibilities and improvements of marketing paths. The basis for further organic agriculture is also set. The importance and relevance of this topic is supported with description of areas of organic agriculture and issues of food, marketing and environmental impact. The area of organic agriculture is ready for changes, but this also means that certain risks need to be taken. Doubts arise especially concerning production and the predicted global food crisis. Will we grow organically or genetically modified food? The decision lies in the hands of the final consumers – us. We will decide on a product in a supermarket and tell the farmers, what food to grow and how.
