Abstract:Namen diplomskega dela je bil pripraviti priročnik za uporabo sodobnih tehnologij izdelave prototipov velikih dimenzij v praksi. Na začetku je del opisane teorije vezan na robotizacijo in robote. Navedena so tudi robotska prijemala, ki se najpogosteje uporabljajo v praksi. Opisani sta dve poti, ki peljeta do končnega izdelka. Prvi del poti je posvečen razvoju od CAD modela do CAM projekta pa do končne izdelave na robotu, druga pot pa vodi od 3D skeniranja preko CAM projekta do izdelave na robotu. Podane smernice v diplomski nalogi so osnova za razumevanje postopkov, ki jih je možno z razumevanjem tematike nadgrajevati in nadgrajevati raziskavo.

Title:RAPID PROTOTYPING OF LARGE DIMENSIONS
Abstract:This diploma work is a guidebook to a work in practice. At the beginning, there is a part of the theory about robots and robot machining. There are also end effectors mentioned that are commonly used in robotics. We have described two ways of getting to our final model. The first way is to get started with CAD model, then CAM project and it ends with robot machining. The second way is to get started with 3D scanning, then CAM project and robot machining in the end. The guidance that is in this diploma work is an excellent base of getting our knowledge and research to the next level.
