Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava konstrukcijo orodij za injekcijsko brizganje polimerov. Vse večja zahtevanost po kvaliteti in natančnosti izdelkov nam narekuje izvedbo vse bolj kompleksnih konstrukcij orodij in pri tem tudi uporabo piezo - električnih senzorjev. Merilo kakovostnega brizganja je potek krivulje notranjih tlakov, pravočasnega preklopa iz brizgalnega na naknadni tlak in čas delovanja naknadnega tlaka. Takšne zasnove konstrukcije orodij omogočajo optimalno nastavitev parametrov za injekcijsko brizganje in s tem tudi kakovost izdelkov.

ANALYSIS OF TOOLS AND WORKING CONDITIONS BY POLYMER FORMING
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the measurements of the inside pressures in the tool for the injection moulding of polymers. The increasing demands for high quality and precision of products require the use of piezo-electric sensors. The quality of the injection moulding depends on the curve line of the inside pressures, the timely switch from the injection to the hold pressure and finally on the operation time of the hold pressure.
