Abstract:Podjetje Domel, d. o. o., je razvojni dobavitelj z vrhunskimi izdelki. V podjetju proizvajajo sesalne enote za suho in mokro sesanje v večstopenjskih izved¬bah, univerzalne kolektorske motorje, eno¬smerne motorje s permanentnimi magneti, asinhronske motorje z zunanjim tekačem, sesal¬ne enote z elektronsko komutacijo, EC-motorje, EC-puhala, EC-ventilatorje, reluktančne sesalne enote, koračne motorje, elektroniko za krmi¬ljenje elektromotorjev, komponente in orodja. Vizija podjetja Domel, d. o. o., je želja po sodobnem, uspešnem in stabilnem podjetju, ki izdeluje visokokakovostne izdelke, hkrati pa je fleksibilno in cenovno ugodno. Podjetje zelo veliko pozornost namenja pripadnosti svojim dobaviteljem, kupcem in zaposlenim. Zavedajo se, da jih k uresničitvi vizije vodi dobro planirana, zasnovana in udejanjena politika. Podjetje svojo vizijo uresničuje neposredno na ravni strateškega menedžmenta, posredno pa na ravni taktičnega in operativnega menedžmenta. V začetnih poglavjih diplomskega dela smo natančno proučili obstoječe stanje v podjetju in okolje, kjer podjetje Domel, d. o. o., posluje. Proučevali smo vrednote ključnih udeležencev podjetja in v nadaljevanju proučili prednosti in slabosti podjetja, raziskali okolje podjetja ter možnosti in nevarnosti za podjetje, ki izhajajo iz okolja. Vse to smo proučevali, da smo lahko prišli do izhodišč, na podlagi katerih smo določili prihodnjo politiko podjetja Domel, d. o. o.. Za uresničevanje razvoja na ravni strateškega menedžmenta smo iskali strateške možnosti, planirali strategije za njihovo uresničevanje in zapisali program razvoja.

Title:PLANNING A DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY DOMEL, LTD.
Abstract:The company Domel, d. o. o. is a supplier development company producing top-quality products. They produce vacuum cleaner for both dry and wet aspiration in multistage versions, universal commutator motors, direct current motors, asynchronous motors with an external rotor, suction units with electronic commutation, EC motors, EC blowers, EC ventilators, switch reluctance vacuum cleaner motors, stepper motors, electronics for the controlling of electro motors, components and tools. The vision of the company Domel, d. o. o. is based on a wish for modern, successful and stable company which produces top-quality products and simultaneously offers flexibility and affordable prices. The company Domel, d. o. o. pays a lot of attention to the loyalty to their suppliers, buyers and employees. They are aware of the fact that what leads them to the fulfillment of their vision is well-planned, well-designed and well-executed policy. The vision of the company Domel, d. o. o. is indirectly realized on the level of strategic management and directly on the level of tactical and operative management. In the first chapters of our diploma thesis we studied the existing situation in the company and the environment in which Domel, d. o. o. officiates. We studied the values of the company's key participants and continued our research with the advantages and disadvantages of the company Domel, d. o. o.. We also studied the environment of the company, possibilities and risks for the company, which derive from the environment. This research assisted us in studying some starting points, which helped us determine the future policy of the company Domel, d. o. o.. For the fulfillment of the development on the level of strategic management we were searching for strategic possibilities, planning strategies for their realization and wrote down the program of the development.
