Title:Določanje delovnih parametrov pri izvajanju stereolitografije na praktičnih primerih

Abstract:S skokovitim razvojem in razmahom naprav za proizvodnjo, tako klasičnih odrezovalnih kot postopkov slojevitih tehnologij, se postavlja vprašanje, katero tehnologijo izbrati ter kako določiti pravilne parametre za izdelavo najbolj uporabnega prototipa. Delo opisuje vse stopnje dodajanja parametrov, od 3D snovanja v CAD sistemu Pro/Engineer, izdelave STL formata, ki predstavlja osnovo za analizo in razvoj postopkov določevanja kompleksnosti prototipa, izdelave BFF datoteke s programom 3D lightyear, s katerim se dodajo parametri za izgradnjo pramodela na delovni postaji, do prenosa BFF datoteke na delovno postajo, kjer se dodajo še parametri za delovanje postaje.

Title:Determining the operating parameters for practical examples in stereolithography
Abstract:With the rapid development and expansion of devices for the production of both traditional (cutting) procedures and layered technologies, the question arises as which technologies to choose and how to determine the correct parameters to built the most useful prototype. The work describes all the stages of adding the parameters of 3D design with the CAD system Pro/Engineer, creates of STL format, which provides the basis for the analysis and development methods of determining the complexity of a model, creates of BFF files using 3D Lightyear program, where parameters are added to built a model on the Workstation, transfers of BFF files to the Workstation, where the parameters are added for operating it.
