Title:Optimiranje tesnosti sekljalnika MUM4 z metodologijo 6 SIGMA

Abstract:Ob ugotovitvi, da je lahko veliko vzrokov za netesnost sekljalnika, da nobenega ne morem zanemariti in da nobeden ni prevladujoč, sem se odločil, da v svojem diplomskem delu prikažem s pomočjo metode 6 SIGMA pot do rešitve problema. Za odpravo netesnosti sekljalnika smo v začetnem delu definirali problem, določili možne vzroke in nato smo s timom sodelavcev izbrali glavne vzroke. V osrednjem delu smo za te vzroke zbrali podatke in izvedli meritve, ki jim je sledilo analiziranje sposobnosti komponent in kreiranje rešitev. Da ne bo razlike v kakovosti med posameznimi gnezdi mora dobavitelj steklene posode popraviti orodje in z nami poenotiti način kontrole s kontrolnimi kalibri. Za dosego centriranosti procesa in ustrezne kakovosti okrova je potrebno popraviti orodje za brizganje okrova in poenotiti kontrolo s kontrolnim kalibrom. Pri sestavi sekljalnika smo na delovno mesto sestave uvedli pripravo, ki zagotavlja točno določen moment privijačenja in s tem izključuje vpliv delavca. Po uvedenih izboljšavah smo v zadnjem delu izvedli nadzor procesa in ugotovili, da smo zmanjšali količino spuščanja in dosegli zastavljeni cilj.

Title:Optimization of choper sealing with 6 SIGMA methodology
Abstract:Considering, that there can be various causes of leakage of the mincer, I decided to represent the solution of the problem by 6 SIGMA method in my thesis, for none of the reasons of leakage is prevailing or can be disregarded. To eliminate the leaks in the mincer we started the process by the definition of the problem, determination of possible causes of leakage, and continued with selecting main causes with the team. In the main part of the process, we collected the data for those main causes and perform measurements. After the measurements, we analysed the capabilities of the components and formulated different solutions. Avoiding the difference in quality between different nests, the supplier of glass containers should repair the tool and unify with us the means of control with control calibres. To achieve the centring process and quality of the housing, the tools for moulding of the housing should be mended and the control should be unified with the control calibre. In assembling the mincer at the workstation, we introduced the preparation of the composition, which provides the precise torque screw and thus excluding the impact of the worker. After the improvements we executed the control of the process and found that we reduced the amount of leakage and achieved the goal.
