Title:LITIJ-POLIMERNA AKUMULATORSKA BATERIJA ZA ELEKTRIČNO VOZILO

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljen baterijski akumulator kot glavni izvor električne energije in eden izmed najpomembnejših elementov v vozilih na električni pogon. Akumulator namreč v električnem vozilu skrbi za napajanje elektromotorja in ostalih električnih komponent. Predstavljeni so uporabljeni Li-Po akumulatorji, njihove prednosti, slabosti ter praktična uporaba. V praktičnem delu je prikazano načrtovanje ohišja za večcelični Li-Po akumulator, namenjenega uporabi v električnem vozilu. Sledi prikaz vezave akumulatorskih celic ter ostalih komponent, ki skrbijo za pravilno delovanje akumulatorja. Drugi sklop diplomskega dela je namenjen baterijskemu nadzornemu sistemu, ki ima tri glavne cilje. Ti cilji so: (1) zaščititi celice akumulatorja pred poškodbami, (2) podaljšati življenjsko dobo akumulatorja ter (3) ohraniti akumulator v stanju napolnjenosti, v katerem lahko izpolnjuje zahteve napajanja električnega vozila. Baterijski nadzorni sistem sestoji iz treh izravnalnih vezij povezanih v celoto in iz elektronske nadzorne enote. Za dosego zgoraj navedenih ciljev baterijskega nadzornega sistema skrbi program, ki je naložen na elektronski nadzorni enoti, mikrokrmilniku MSP430F169. Izravnalno vezje preko čipa LTC6802-1 meri napetost vsake posamezne celice in jo pošilja programu na mikrokrmilnik, le-ta pa jo primerja z ostalimi napetostmi. V primeru prevelikega odstopanja napetosti jih izravna tako, da je odstopanje čim manjše. Izravnava poteka preko izravnalnih uporov na izravnalnih vezjih. V tem sklopu je prav tako opisano delovanje omenjenega programa za nadzor akumulatorskih celic. Na koncu diplomskega dela so podani in analizirani rezultati testiranj.

Title:LITHIUM-POLYMER BATTERY FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE

Keywords:Diploma work presents a battery acumulator, which is a source of electrical energy and one of the most important elements in electric and hybrid vehicles. The acumulator in electric vehicle provides electric power to the propulsion motor and to other electrical components. Featured are Li-Po acumulators, their advantages, disadvantages and the issues concerning their practical application. The practical part of the work presents design of the housing for multicellular Li-Po acumulator, intended for use in electric vehicle. 30 acumulator cells and other belonging components were mounted together in a compact acumulator, which is suitable for a direct integration into the electric vehicle. The second part of diploma work presents design and realisation of a battery control system. The tasks of the control system are following: (1) to protect the battery cells from the mechanical damage, (2) to extended the battery life and (3) to keep the battery in charge state, where the power requirements of electric vehi
