Abstract:V današnjem času napredne tehnologije se je nakupovanje preko spleta močno razširilo in vedno več je uporabnikov, ki jim to predstavlja vsakdanji način nakupovanja. Spletno nakupovanje je hitro, enostavno, ter dostopno kar iz domačega fotelja. Izdelava spletnih strani in internet sta postala nuja za podjetje. Za uspešnost spletnih strani je potreben aktivni spletni pristop. Optimizacija spletnih vsebin je danes najbolj pomembna naloga spletnih razvijevalcev. Priti na prvo mesto, biti na prvi strani in biti najbolj viden, so želje vsakega naročnika. Takšne rezultate pa lahko dosežemo le z oziranjem na značilnost vsebine celostnega koncepta, jezika, navigacijo, obliko in primernost informacij. Prav tako je pomemben vizualni izgled in usklajene ter privlačne barve, toda če portal drugače ni uporaben je to premalo. Od vsega tega je odvisno ali se bo spletni kupec odločil za nakup in se še kasneje vračal, ali pa je to njegov prvi in hkrati tudi zadnji obisk. Zato se mora vsako podjetje skrbno in sila premišljeno lotiti projekta predstavitve spletne strani. Pri tem pa mora jasno vedeti kaj želi in komu bodo spletne strani pravzaprav namenjene. E-tržnice predstavljajo idealno mesto za trgovsko menjavo, saj tako zbližujejo dobavitelje, prodajalce in kupce s podobnimi poslovnimi interesi. Trgi postajajo vse bolj zahtevnejši, kar pomeni, da je konkurenca velika in prav zaradi tega se morajo podjetja zavedati, da je takšen način poslovanja za njih nujno potreben. Tega se zavedajo tudi slovenske spletne trgovine – on-line dražbe (Bolha.com, e-Trg.com, Oglas.com), ki si medsebojno konkurirajo. Bolha.com je zajela celoten koncept spletnih stani, kar se odraža v tem da je najuspešnejša slovenska on-line dražba. To smo ugotovili s medsebojnim primerjanjem teh treh on-line dražb. Ugotovili smo tudi da so si vse tri on-line dražbe medsebojno zelo podobne, vendar e-Trg.com ni ažuren, zato ne more delati konkurence ostali dvema on-line dražb, saj je ažurnost poglavitna pri spletnih trgovinah. Vse tri on-line dražbe pa so osvojile koncept, jezika, navigacije, oblike in primernost informacij. Prav tako tudi vizualni izgled ter usklajenost in privlačne barve.

Title:ONLINE SHOPS WITH EMPHASIS ON ONLINE AUCTIONS
Abstract:At the present time of advanced technology online shopping became widespread and there is increasing number of users adopting it as their everyday way of shopping. Online shopping is fast, easy and accessible from your own armchair. Web design and internet became necessities for a company. In order to have an effective webpage, active web approach is needed. The most important task of web developers is the optimization of internet content. Every company wants to be in the first place, at the front page and the most visible. Those results can only be provided by considering the content characteristics of integrity concept, language, navigation, design and information adequacy. The visual appearance and attractive colors are also important; however, if the web portal is not useful, they are not enough. These are the basis for the online customer to decide whether to perform the purchase and became a regular customer or never to visit the webpage again. Every company has to carefully consider the designing a webpage, bearing in mind their goals and target market. Online marketplaces are an ideal place for merchandise exchange, because they connect the suppliers, sellers and customers with similar business interests. The market has greater expectations, the competition is keen and the companies have to be aware of the necessity of offering online services. Slovenian competing online shops and online auctions (Bolha.com, e-Trg.com, Oglasnik.com) are aware of that. Bolha.com adopted the entire concept of webpages and is consecutively the most successful Slovenian online auction. This conclusion is based on the comparison of those three online auctions which are quite similar. However, e-Trg.com is not up-to-date; therefore it cannot compete with the remaining online auctions, because currency is the main characteristic of online shops. All three online auctions have adopted the concept, language, navigation, design and information adequacy, along with the visual appearance and consistency and attractiveness of colors.
