Title:FUNKCIONALNO IZOBRAŽEVANJE MEDICINSKIH SESTER V UNIVERZITETNEM KLINIČNEM CENTRU MARIBOR NA SAMOSTOJNIH ODDELKIH

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili funkcionalno izobraževanje medicinskih sester na samostojnih oddelkih Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor. V raziskavo smo zajeli kolektiv zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi na samostojnih oddelkih. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz treh delov. V prvem delu smo pisali o teoriji funkcionalnega izobraževanja. V drugem smo se osredotočili na praktični del: poskušali smo podati čim več vidikov o organizaciji izobraževanja v UKC Maribor, podatke smo črpali iz bolnišničnih internih aktov. V tretjem delu smo analizirali rezultate ankete, ki smo jo izvedli med medicinskimi sestrami na samostojnih oddelkih v UKC Maribor. Tu smo postavili pet hipotez, ki smo jih na podlagi rezultatov ankete statistično izračunali in potrdili oz. zavrgli. Ugotavljali smo, ali so zaposleni seznanjeni z možnostmi izobraževanja v UKC Maribor, ali so seznanjeni s pogoji in organizacijo izobraževanja, v katerih oblikah izobraževanja so se izobraževali, kdo jih je spodbujal k izobraževanju, kaj so jim omogočila znanja in veščine, pridobljena iz izobraževanja. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave smo navedli predloge za izboljšavo izobraževanja v obravnavanem okolju.

Title:FUNCTIONAL EDUCATION OF NURSES IN THE UNIVERSITY CLINICAL CENTRE MARIBOR IN SEPARATE SECTIONS
Abstract:In this diploma work we introduced the functional education of nurses at separate departments of the University medical center Maribor (UKC Maribor). In the research we included the team of employees in health care in separate departments. The diploma work consists of three parts. In the first part we wrote about the theory of functional education. In the second part we focused on the practical aspect: we tried to introduce as many points of view about the organization of the education in the UKC Maribor, we gained the data from the internal documents of the hospital. In the third part we analyzed the results of the survey, performed on nurses at separate departments of the UKC Maribor. We set five hypotheses, which have been statistically calculated on the basis of the survey and have been confirmed or discarded. We assessed whether employees are acquainted with the possibilities of education in the UKC Maribor and whether they are acquainted with conditions and organization of the education, which forms of education have been used in the process, who encouraged them to take part in the educational process and what did they gain with knowledge and skills, acquired through the education. Based on the results of the research we stated propositions for improvement of the educational process in the discussed environment.
