Title:PRIMERJAVA MERILNIH NEGOTOVOSTI UPOROVNIH MOSTIČNIH METOD V PRIMERU RAZTEZKOV IN UPOGIBOV

Abstract:Merjenja raztezkov in upogibov so pomembno področje merilne tehnike tako s tehnološkega kot tudi varnostnega stališča, saj nas lahko pravočasno opozorijo na morebitno dotrajanost materiala in tako preprečijo morebitne neželene posledice. Zaradi tega je pomembna tudi merilna negotovost uporovnih mostičnih metod in stopnja zanesljivosti samih meritev. Zaradi pogoste uporabe mostičnih vezij v kombinaciji z instrumentacijskimi ojačevalniki smo si zadali cilj, da določimo merilno negotovost takšnega merilnega sistema v primeru merjenja deformacij. Preizkusili smo sedem standardnih mostičnih vezij, ki so enakovredno potrjena s strani proizvajalcev National Instruments in Hawlett-Packard, v kombinaciji z instrumentacijskim ojačevalnikom v čipu TI INA 128. Mostična vezja v kombinaciji z merilnim ojačevalnikom imajo različno stopnjo merilne negotovosti, ki je predstavljena v diplomski nalogi.

Title:COMPARISON OF RESISTIVE BRIDGE METHODS MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTIES IN CASE OF AXIAL AND BENDING STRAIN
Abstract:Measurements of axial and bending strains are an important area of measurement technique both from technological and safety point of view since they can give us an early warning of a possible material wear off and prevent any undesirable consequences. Measurement uncertainty of resistive bridge methods and the level of reliability of measurements themselves are thus important. Due to the frequent use of bridge circuits in combination with instrumentation amplifiers we have set ourselves an aim to determine the measurement uncertainty of such a measurement system in the case of measuring deformation. We have tested seven standard bridge circuits that are equivalently approved by manufacturers National Instruments and Hawlett-Packard, in combination with an instrumentation amplifier in the chip TI INA128. Bridge circuits in combination with a measuring amplifier offers various levels of measurement uncertainty, which is presented in the diploma thesis.
