Title:Kondicijska priprava članskega moštva

Abstract:Z diplomsko nalogo želim predstaviti pojem kondicije, pojem načina kondicijske priprave moštva, sestavine kondicijske priprave in kaj vse je za kondicijsko pripravo pomembno. Z upoštevanjem vseh navedenih, a pomembnih sestavin za kondicijsko pripravo, bodo lahko bralci diplomske naloge in igralci prišli do dobrega poznavanja načina kondicijske pripravljenosti. Predstavljeni so tudi sezonski, mesečni in tedenski načrt dela in skica treninga, brez katerih si današnjega procesa treninga ne moremo zamisliti. V diplomski nalogi sem uporabil gradivo in priprave trenerja UEFA PRO Marijana Pušnika pri treniranju ekipe FC Damash v Iranu, ki nastopa v 1. iranski ligi. Prav tako pa sem uporabil izkušnje, ki sem jih pridobival skozi učni proces na Pedagoški fakulteti Maribor ter kot igralec slovenske reprezentance v nogometu v času igranja od 15. do 21. leta starosti.

Title:Preperation of getting the membership team into shape
Abstract:With my diploma work I wish to present the concept of being in shape, the concept of getting the team into shape, the substance of planing and everything that is important for getting into shape. With taking everything above into consideration, the readers of this diploma work will be able to obtain a good understanding of preparedness of getting into shape. A seasonal, monthly and weekly work plan is also presented, along with a sketch of the training, without which the present process of training can not be visualised. In the diploma work I used the material and preparation material of coach UEFA PRO Marijan Pusnik when training the team FC Damash in Iran, which preforms in the 1st league of Iran. I also used the personal experience I gained through the learning process at the faculty and as a player in the Slovene football representation when I played from 15 to 21 years of age.
