Abstract:Železniški promet je panoga, ki ji še vedno pripisujemo premajhno vrednost. Zaradi vseh pozitivnih lastnosti skuša Evropska unija s sprejemanjem predpisov in uredb, ki so jih članice dolžne implementirati v svojo zakonodajo, povečati uporabo železnic in odpreti trg ter tako članice gospodarsko še bolj povezati. Izboljšanje predvsem administrativnih postopkov, ki skrajšujejo čas, porabljen za prehod državnih mej, vodi do bistveno hitrejšega prometa, kar je danes ključnega pomena. Z uporabo sodobne informacijske tehnologije in homogeniziranjem nacionalnih železniških sistemov bo moč doseči, da bo vlakovna kompozicija lahko prevozila več držav brez ustavljanja, hkrati pa bo še vedno zadoščeno vsem varnostnim in carinskim kriterijem.

Title:TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS AND HARMONIZATION OF PROCEDURES ON THE BORDER RAILWAY STATION DOBOVA
Abstract:Railway transport is industry, which is still insufficiently valued. For all the positive attributes of the railway transport European Union is adopting rules and regulations, members are obliged to implement in their legislation to increase the use of railways and open market, thereby States to further integrate economically. The improvement primarily administrative procedures that will reduce the time spent for crossing state borders, leading to much faster traffic, which is nowadays crucial. By using modern information technology and homogenisation of the national railway system can be achieved that train composition could travel without stopping in several countries, but will still satisfy all the security and customs requirements.
