Title:VPLIV KONFLIKTOV NA ODNOSE V DRUŽINSKEM PODJETJU

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opisali in definirali družinsko podjetje. Sledi vloga družine v družinskem podjetju, odnosi v družinskem podjetju in posledice zaposlitve sorodnikov. Lahko bi rekli, da imamo teoretični del razdeljen na dva dela, saj v prvem delu opisujemo družinsko podjetje in vloge družine v njem, v drugem delu pa opisujemo konflikte, ki se pojavljajo v podjetju med družinskim člani in rešitve le-teh. V praktičnem delu smo izbrali trenutno uspešno podjetje v svoji panogi, ki izpolnjuje vse pogoje za družinsko podjetje. Predstavili smo njegovo zgodovino, trenutno podobo podjetja in družino. Opisali smo odnose med družinskim člani v podjetju, nekaj konfliktov, katere smo opazili, in kako le-ti vplivajo na vodenje in razvoj podjetja. Izpostavili smo nekaj zanimivih konfliktov med posameznimi družinskimi člani, jih opisali in predlagali nekaj možnih rešitev, ki bi pripomogle k izboljšanju odnosov. Ugotovili smo, da stabilni in dobri odnosi med družinskimi člani bistveno pripomorejo k uspešnemu poslovanju in razvoju podjetja. Nasprotno slabi in nestabilni odnosi med družinskim člani lahko privedejo podjetje v negativno stanje in celo do propada. Družinski člani so ključni člen družinskega podjetja, od katerih je odvisna prihodnost podjetja. V podjetju X d.o.o. morajo družinski člani spremeniti medsebojne odnose, če želijo nadaljevati uspešno pot ustanovitelja.

Title:IMPACT OF CONFLICT ON THE RELATIONS IN THE FAMILY BUSINESS
Abstract:The diploma work consists of theoretical and practical work. In the theoretical part, we first describe and define the family business. Followed by a description of the role of family in family business this includes relationships in the family business and employment consequences of relatives. We could say that we have a theoretical part divided into two parts as described in the first part of a family business and the role of family in it, and the second part describes the conflicts that arise in the company of family members and only those solutions. In practical work we have selected is currently a successful company in its industry, which meets all the conditions for the family business. We presented the history, current company image and families. These are the relationships between family members in the company, some conflicts that we see and how they affect the management and development company. We highlight some interesting conflicts between individual family members have described and proposed some possible solutions that would help improve relations. We found that stable and good relations among family members significantly contribute to the efficient operation and development in company. Contrast, poor and unstable relations between family members can lead a company in a negative balance and even collapse. Family members are a key element of the family business which determine the future of the company. In company X d.o.o. family members have to change their relationship if they want to continue the successful path of the founder.
