Abstract:	Podjetje ETI, d.d. se ukvarja s proizvodno dejavnostjo elektrotehničnih izdelkov in drugih proizvodnih programov. Svoje materiale in blago za potrebe proizvodnje skladišči v vhodnem skladišču podjetja, katerega stavba prvotno ni bila namenjena skladišču. Trenutna razporeditev prostora ni primerna in izkoriščena v celotni meri. Prav tako nekateri procesi skladiščenja in prejema blaga niso optimizirani, zato smo se zaradi tovrstnih pomanjkljivosti odločili, da izboljšamo skladiščne procese. Pri predlogih smo izhajali iz posnetka stanja in kritične analize ter podali možne izboljšave. Le-te so na področjih tehnologije, ki se uporablja v skladišču, in na procesih prejema blaga, kjer je problem pri združevanju na novo vpeljane tehnologije. Pri predlogu skladiščenja izdelkov smo uvedli novo ureditev prostora s skrajšanjem transportnih poti. Pri predlogu komisoniranja smo združili posamezne aktivnosti in na ta način izboljšali učinkovitost procesa. V zaključku so podani časovni in finančni prihranki vseh navedenih predlogov.

Title:	LOGISTICS ANALYSIS OF INCOMING GOODS IN THE COMPANY ETI, D.D.
Abstract:	Company ETI, d. d. deals with the production of electrotechnical and some other production programmes. Its goods and material for the needs of the production are stored in the warehouse at the company’s entrance, however, the building was not initially meant for storing. A current allocation of space is not appropriate and fully exploited. Certain processes of storing and receiving goods at the company’s entrance are not optimized either. Due to such deficiencies we decided to improve the processes. The starting point for new proposals was the situation along with critical analyses. We then offered possible improvements. They are concerning the field of technology, which is used in the warehouse and the processes of receiving goods, where the problems occur in integrating new technology. With storing products we introduced the new allocation of space along with the shortening of transport routes. After discussing the proposal of order picking we combined individual activities and thus improved the efficiency of the process. In the closing part time and financial savings of all proposals are stated.
