Abstract:Divje maline so zelo pogosto prisotne trajnice slovenske pokrajine, ki tvorijo naravno populacijo.

Title:Determination of genetic relationships among wild and some known cultivars of raspberries (Rubus idaeus L.) with microsatellites markers
Abstract:Wild raspberries are frequently present perennials in the Slovenian landscape and are usually forming vigorous natural populations. The assessment of genetic relationships among cultivated as well as wildly grown genotypes of raspberries (Rubus idaeus L.) is important for scientific and also economic reasons. In our genetic analysis, we included 6 cultivated and 19 wild genotypes which were collected in three different locations in Slovenia. The purpose of the investigation was to analyse genetic similarities and differences of the studied plant materials. We were also interested in the genetic uniformity within populations and genetically atypical genotypes that originated in different populations. Twelve microsatellite loci (RhM001, RhM003, Rhm011, Rim015, RiM017, RiM019, RhM021, RhM023, RhM043, Rub228, Rub262 and Rub277) were taken into account, 25 genotypes of wild and cultivated raspberries were examined and 103 polymorphic alleles were exhibited, which is, in average 8.538 alleles per locus. Genetic distances between studied genotypes were calculated using the Dice coefficient, and a dendrogram was produced.
