Vsi pripravniki so po razporeditvi na delovno mesto svoje delo odgovorno in kvalitetno opravljali. Na svojem delovnem mestu so bili uspešni in zadovoljni.

Title:ALLOCATION OF JOBS TO INTERNS
Abstract:The purpose of the Diploma Work titled »Allocating Jobs to Interns« has been to find an answer to the question what working styles interns have and how their working styles can be taken into account when an organisation allocates jobs. Human resource planning is of vital importance for an organisation as well as for an individual as it creates long-term effects on careers and lives of individuals. Human resource planning does not only include future needs in numbers, but also entails plans about how needs for human resources will be assessed and what steps will be taken to meet the needs. Frequently a job is found through a combination of different circumstances and coincidences and it may bring satisfaction to the individual doing it or it may not. It is important, however, that an individual likes his job. Due to the new knowledge which I acquired during my studies I decided to add data from a questionnaire to other factors influencing the decision about allocating suitable jobs to interns. Data obtained in the questionnaire would present a key factor in the decision-making process. The goal of my research work has been to find out about interns' working styles and to define their strengths. Based on data obtained in the questionnaire and on other data, interns were allocated jobs best suited to them. After conducting the research and analysing the findings, it has been found out that taking working styles into account along with considering other factors has helped to better allocate jobs to interns. After being allocated a job, all interns worked well and with great responsibility. They were successful and satisfied with what they were doing.
