Title:VPLIV INTERNETNEGA OGLAŠEVANJA PODJETIJ NA NAKUPNO VEDENJE KONČNIH POTROŠNIKOV

Abstract:Splošno znano je, da je internet medij, ki vsak dan pridobiva nove uporabnike in se širi hitreje kot vsi dosedanji mediji. Internet je orodje, ki nam pomaga pri vsakdanjih opravilih v službi, šoli oziroma je pripomoček za kratkočasenje in zabavo. Za dosego poslovnih ciljev pa je treba poznati ta nova orodja in jih izkoristiti. Raziskati potrošnikovo mnenje, stališča in odločitve v zvezi z nakupom in oglaševanjem na internetu je zelo pomembno za podjetja. Le tako lahko podjetja pridejo do informacij, povezanih z njihovo spletno stranjo oziroma izdelki ali storitvami, ki jih ponujajo. V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali/raziskovali problem internetnega oglaševanja podjetij in njegov vpliv na nakupno vedenje končnih porabnikov. Diplomsko nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični del, v katerem smo raziskali in opisali teorijo trženja, marketinškega spleta, oglaševanja in promocije na internetu, nakupnega vedenja končnih porabnikov, trženja s pomočjo spletnih iskalnikov v Sloveniji, ustvarjanja prepričljivih oglasov in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na povečanje prodaje po internetu. Ter na praktični del, v katerem smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, na katerega je odgovorilo 80 oseb. Analizo rezultatov smo tudi grafično prikazali jih opisali in razložili. V sklepnem delu diplomske naloge pa podajamo ugotovitve in mnenja za izboljšanje oziroma povečanje prodaje po internetu.

Title:INFLUENCE OF ONLINE MARKETING ON CUSTOMER'S PURCHASE BEHAVIOR
Abstract:It is widely know that the internet has been a media which gains new users on a daily basis and expands/grows way faster than any other media ever. It is a tool which helps us with our daily routines at work, schooll and serves us as an accesory for fun and entertainment. In lust to achieve bussines goals this tools need to be well know and familiar with. For companies it is very important to research consumer's opinions, points of views and desicions regarding purchasing and webmarketing. It's the only way for companies do gain informations regarding their website and products they offer. In this research we have been researching a problem of company's web marketing regarding end/consumers behavior. We splitted this thesis into two parts namely part one where we reasearched and described company's theoretical marketing, web marketing and promotion, end/consumer purchasing behavior and also marketing based on web browsers in Slovenia, developing convincing advertisments and factors which affects to increase web based purchasing. Part two consists of survey on which 80 people has responded. We graphically described and explaned survey's results. In this thesis's conclusion we hand in our statements and opinions with a goal to make web-based sales better and even to increase the sale itself.
