Title:NAČRTOVANJE IN RAZVIJANJE KARIERE V SLOVENSKI ORGANIZACIJI

Abstract:POVZETEK V posameznih razvojnih fazah podjetja se spreminjajo vloga človeka, odnos do znanja, odnos do delovnega mesta in intelektualnega kapitala. Vsaka faza evolucijskega razvoja zahteva povsem drugačen pristop k izobraževanju, razvoju kadrov, timskemu delu in nagrajevanju. Pri pisanju teoretičnega dela magistrskega dela smo uporabljali metode deskripcije, analize in sinteze, metode proučevanja in metodo kompilacije. V praktičnem delu magistrskega dela smo uporabili spletno raziskovanje. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na osem poglavij. Prvo poglavje ali uvodni del je namenjen opredelitvi področja, opisu problema, opredelitvi namena, ciljev, predpostavk, omejitev raziskave in navedbi uporabljenih raziskovalnih metod. Drugo poglavje je namenjeno izzivu razvoja kadrov v organizaciji. V tem poglavju smo opisali dejavnike, ki vplivajo na razvoj kadrov v organizaciji; dejavnike, med katere spada upravljanje z znanjem idr. Nato smo se posvetili elementom in sestavinam razvoja kadrov, kot so strokovni, delovni in osebnostni razvoj. Na koncu smo se na kratko posvetili ciljem razvoja kadrov v organizaciji. Tretje poglavje je namenjeno ciljno usmerjenemu izobraževanju zaposlenih v organizaciji. Govorili smo o njegovi vlogi in pomenu, o ciljih, o procesu načrtovanja in o spremljanju uspešnosti. V četrtem poglavju dela je obravnavana opredelitev teoretičnih izhodišč razvoja karier. Osredotočili smo se na opredelitev pojma kariera, razpravljali smo o ekonomskih in medosebnih dejavnikih, ki vplivajo na kariero. Na individualno kariero vplivata okolje in organizacija, v kateri je posameznik zaposlen. Peto poglavje je namenjeno razvoju, načrtovanju in upravljanju karier. V petem poglavju smo najprej obravnavali teorije razvoja in upravljanja karier, nato smo predstavili modele in metodologijo, v kateri smo opisali nosilce, postopke, orodja in pripomočke načrtovanja karier. Predstavili smo še sisteme za razvoj in upravljanje kariere. V šestem poglavju ali praktičnem delu je predstavljena izvedena raziskava, opisan je raziskovalni vzorec. V tem poglavju smo izvedli analizo rezultatov in preverjanje hipotez. V sedmem in osmem poglavju najdemo ključne misli in ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili v teku pisanja magistrskega dela.

Title:Career Planning And Career Developing In Slovenian Organization
Abstract:SUMMARY The role of man, the relation towards knowledge, the attitude towards work and the relation towards intellectual assets change through particular phases of company development. Each phase of evolutionary development requires a different approach towards education, development of personnel, team work and rewarding. When we wrote the theoretical part of the master’s degree thesis, we used different research methods: descriptive method, analysis, synthesis and compilation. We used online research method in practical part of master’s degree thesis. Master’s thesis is divided into eight chapters. First chapter or introduction is intended to give definition of the field of study, problem description, definitions of purpose, aims, assumptions and limitations of research and reference of applied research methods. Second chapter contains description of personnel development in organizations, and challenges which appear during the development. In this chapter, we discussed the factors which have an influence on the development of personnel in organizations; the factors, among which belongs knowledge management, etc. Afterwards, we described the elements and constituents of personnel development, e.g. professional and personal development. In the end of second chapter, we shortly debated the aims of personnel development in organizations. Third chapter deals with aim-oriented education of employees in organizations. We explained its role, meaning, aims and the process of planning; we also explained the monitoring of its efficiency. Fourth chapter discusses the definition of theoretical bases of career development. We focused on the definition of the term ‘career’; we discussed economic and interpersonal factors, which have an influence on a career. The environment and organization, in which an individual is employed, have an influence on an individual’s career. Fifth chapter studies career development, career planning and career management. In fifth chapter, we discussed the theories of career development and career management first; afterwards we presented the models and methodology in which we described the operators, procedures, tools and accessories of career planning. We yet introduced the systems of career development and career management. Sixth chapter, i.e. practical part of thesis, contains presentation of performed research and description of the research pattern. In this chapter, we performed analysis of results and verifying of hypotheses. Key thoughts and main findings of master’s thesis can be found in chapters seven and eight.
