Title:VPLIV OSEBNOSTNIH LASTNOSTI NA VODENJE MALIH IN SREDNJE VELIKIH RAČUNOVODSKIH DRUŽINSKIH PODJETJIH

Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju smo proučevali osebnost podjetnika in kako ta vpliva na vodenje podjetja in njegovo okolico. Podjetnik predstavlja svoje vrednote, prepričanja ter cilje in jih skozi podjetje širi na trg. Vsi dejavniki, notranji kot zunanji, ki vplivajo na izoblikovanje vrednot, izkušenj, norm in drugih »mehkih« dejavnikov, ki vplivajo nanj, a jih nismo proučevali, tvorijo podjetnika kot celoto in s tem se izoblikuje tudi njegova osebnost in način, s katerim bo tudi vodil podjetje. V proučevanih podjetjih smo analizirali vpliv osebnostnih lastnosti vodje na podjetje v različnih fazah treh podjetij, in sicer, Računovodko s.p., Konto s.p. in Izkaz s.p. S pomočjo Pleitnerjeve raziskave smo ugotovili, da se podjetnikove lastnosti od podjetja do podjetja zelo razlikujejo, saj so odraščali v drugačnih okoljih in z drugačnimi osebami.

Title:INFLUENCE OF PERSONAL CHARACHERISTICS OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED FAMILY ACCOUNTING BUISINESSES
Abstract:In this diploma seminar we have studied the personality of a businessman and how it affects the company management and its environment. A businessman represents his or her values, beliefs and goals and spreads them on the market through the company. All factors, internal and external, which affect the formation of values, experience, norms and other »soft« factors affecting the businessman, but were not studied, create the businessman as a whole and they also from his or her personality and the way which he or she will use to manage the company. In the studied companies we have analysed the influence of personality traits on the company in different stages in the following companies: Računovodko s. p., Konto s. p. and Izkaz s. p. With the help of the Pleitner's research, we have discovered that the traits of businessmen are very different in each company, because they grew up in different environments and with different people.
