Title:PROUČITEV ORGANIZACIJSKE KULTURE IZBRANEGA PODJETJA

Abstract:Izredno pomembno je, da organizacija pozna svojo organizacijsko kulturo, saj boljše razumevanje in poznavanje le-te pripomore k njeni uspešnosti. Vodstvo se mora zavedati, da so zaposleni zlato in biseri za organizacijo, saj brez njih, ta ne bi mogla delovati. Priznati mora, da tudi okolje, ki jo obkroža, oblikuje organizacijo in njeno kulturo. V diplomskem seminarju smo na podlagi literature predstavili sam pojem organizacijske kulture, njene značilnosti, elemente ter tipologije. Opredelili smo tudi njeno oblikovanje, ki je povezano z njenim nastajanjem, merjenjem, vrednotenjem in vpeljavo le-te v samo organizacijo. Ter podali glavne dejavnike ohranjanja in spreminjanje organizacijske kulture, ter okoliščine, ki so nujne za spreminjanje in odziv na spremembe. Praktičen del diplomskega seminarja predstavlja lastna analiza organizacijske kulture proučevanega podjetja. V uvodnem delu smo predstavili samo podjetje, njegov razvoj, ter vizijo, poslanstvo in vrednote podjetja. Na podlagi anketiranja zaposlenih s pomočjo vprašalnika OCAI smo proučili tip organizacijske kulture in sicer ugotovili smo, da v organizaciji prevladuje kultura klana, ki si jo zaposleni želijo tudi v prihodnosti. V zadnjem delu diplomskega seminarja smo podali tudi svoje ugotovitve in predlo za izboljšavo organizacijske kulture: njeno ohranjanje in spreminjanje.

Title:EXAMINATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN THE SELECTED COMPANY
Abstract:It is extremely important that the organiaztion is aware of its organizational culture, since a better understanding and knowldge they contribute to its success. Managers must be aware that emploees are gold and pearls for organzation, because without them this could not function. It must recognize that environment that the environment that surrounds it, form an organization and its culture. In the undergraduate seminar, we present the very concept of organizational culture, its characteristics, elements, and typology on the basis of literature. We also define its design, which is associated with its formation, measurment, evaluation and implementation all these things in a organization. We also present the main factors for maintaining and changing the organizational culture, responding to changes and circumstances that are necessary for change. The practical part of this seminar presents our examination and analysis of organizational culture business. In the introductory section, we present a company, its development and the vision, mission and values of the company. We studied a type of organizational culture based on the survey questionnaire employd by OCAI, namely we foun that culture in an organization dominated by th clan, which employees wish to continue also in the future. In the last part this seminar, we also presented our finding and proposals for improving the organizational culture: its conservation and change.
