Title:MOTIVIRANJE ZAPOSLENIH IN NJEN VPLIV NA USPEŠNOST ORGANIZACIJE TAMES D.O.O.

Abstract:Motivacija je tisto, zaradi česar ljudje na temelju svojih sposobnostih in znanja delamo. Brez motivacije človek ne more storiti nobene aktivnosti, torej ne more zadovoljiti svojih potreb. Posebej je pomembna motivacija za delo, ki posamezniku pomaga, da uresniči svoje cilje in cilje organizacije, v kateri je zaposlen. Motivacijo uporabljajo managerji kot orodje za krmiljenje človekove aktivnosti v želeno smer. Temu procesu rečemo motiviranje. Uspeh podjetja ustvarjajo predvsem njegovi zaposleni, saj so od njihovih sposobnosti in motivacije odvisni rezultati. Odhod zaposlenega vpliva na doseganje ciljev, lahko nam časovno zamakne projekt, povzroči dodatne stroške ali v primeru ključnih kadrov celo ogrozi doseganje postavljenih ciljev. Čeprav je določena mera pretoka kadrov zdrava, želimo, da se lahko na zaposlene zanesemo. Zadnja gospodarska kriza nam kaže, kaj vse nas lahko doleti, v prihodnosti pa nas čakajo še hitrejše in izrazitejše spremembe v delovnem okolju. Čedalje pomembneje je kakovostno komuniciranje z zaposlenimi in jim te spremembe in njihov vpliv na podjetje in njihovo delo razumljivo preurediti. V diplomski nalogi smo tako kot glavni predmet proučevanja zajeli motivacijo na delovnem mestu v organizaciji, od česar pa je v veliki meri odvisna tudi učinkovitost in uspešnost proučevane organizacije. Na začetku diplomske naloge se nam poraja vprašanje, ali znajo managerji navdušiti svoje zaposlene. Manager oziroma vodstvo je tisto, ki mora vedeti, kam gre podjetje. Če njihovi sodelavci ne bodo videli cilja – smisla v tem, kar počnejo, na delovnem mestu ne bodo ostali niti en dan. Zato morajo managerji velik poudarek dajati motivaciji, motivacijskim teorijam in seveda motivacijskemu procesu na delovnem mestu. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena v več sklopov. Temeljna sklopa sta teoretični in praktični vidik problematike. V uvodu so predstavljeni nameni in cilji ter metode raziskovanja. V nadaljevanju naloge, v drugem in tretjem poglavju opisujemo teorijo v zvezi z motivacijo in motiviranjem zaposlenih. Četrto poglavje je posvečeno teoriji uspešnosti organizacije. Teoretični del črpamo iz razpoložljive literature o motivaciji in uspešnosti poslovanja. V zadnjem empiričnem delu diplomske naloge, torej v petem poglavju pa se osredotočamo na izbrano podjetje, ki smo ga opisali in predstavili rezultate ankete, zato praktični del oblikujemo na podlagi bilanc stanja, izkazov poslovnega izida ter internih virov podjetja Tames d.o.o.

Title:IMPACT OF THE EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION ON THE SUCCESS IN THE ORGANIZATION TAMES D.O.O.
Abstract:Motivation keeps people to work on the basis of their skills and knowledge. If the motivation is non existent, the man cannot perform any activity and therefore cannot satisfy their needs. Especially important is the motivation to work which helps an individual to realize their goals and the company goals where he/she works. Motivation is used by managers as a tool for steering human activity into the desired direction. This process is called motivating. Success of a company is mainly the result of the employees because their capacities and motivation give the results. When an employee leaves his/her job, this affects achieving goals, this can delay the process and cause additional costs; if a key employee leaves, this can endanger archiving the set goals. Although certain fluctuation is good, we do want that we can rely on our employees. The last economic crisis shows what can reach us and in the future faster and more explicit changes can occur. Effective communication with the employees is of main importance; the changes and their effect on the company and the employee's work must be properly rearranged. The thesis discusses the motivation at the workplace in a company and performance and success of the company mainly depend on this motivation. In the beginning of the thesis a question arises: can managers inspire their employees? A manager and management should know where the company is going. If their co-workers cannot see the goal and the sense of what they are doing then they will not be prepared to remain at the workplace even for a day. Therefore managers should underline the motivation and motivation theories and certainly the motivation process at the work post. The theses consists of several chapters. The basic two are the theoretic and practical aspect of the subject. The introduction states the purpose and goals and research methods. Further on, in second and third chapter, the theory related to the motivation and motivating the employees is described. Fourth chapter discusses the theory of a successful organisation. Theoretic part is based on the reference books on motivation and successful operation of a company. The last, empirical part of the thesis, that is the fifth chapter, concentrates on a chosen company which is described and the results of the questionnaire are presented; the practical part is therefore based on the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and internal sources of the Tames Ltd Company.
