Title:ANALIZA IZBRANIH VIDIKOV NOTRANJEGA PODJETNIŠTVA V POSLOVNEM SISTEMU MERCATOR D.D.

Abstract:Diplomski seminar obravnava analizo izbranih vidikov notranjega podjetništva. Le nekateri od teh vidikov so razvoj zaposlenih, motiviranje, nagrajevanje, izobraževanje zaposlenih, ter različne dimenzije notranjega podjetništva. V diplomski nalogi smo poskušali na čim bolj razumljiv način predstaviti te izbrane vidike notranjega podjetništva. Na podlagi preštudirane literature in tudi nekaj malega lastnih izkušenj smo lahko bolj podrobno predstavili razvoj, motiviranje, nagrajevanje in izobraževanje zaposlenih na primeru podjetja Mercator, d.d.. Za razvoj podjetij so ključnega pomena njihovi zaposleni, zato jih je potrebno v čim večji meri spodbujati, da svoje ideje in znanje prenašajo na organizacijo. Ravnanje z zaposlenimi je ključnega pomena, saj je lahko ravno to konkurenčna prednost nekega podjetja pred drugimi. V vsaki organizaciji pa moramo vedeti kar najbolj angažirati sposobne posameznike ali pa skupino, da bodo zaznale nove priložnosti in se izkazale z vsemi svojimi inovativnostmi. Velik pomen v podjetju daje tudi podpora in zavezanost vodstva k notranjemu podjetništvu, saj smo lahko opazili, da podjetje zelo spodbuja inovativnost, podjetniško usmerjenost posameznikov, ter razgledanost posameznikov na različnih področjih. Še večjega pomena pa je odpiranje novih poslovnih enot v času gospodarske krize, s katero menimo, da Mercator nima večjih težav. Še posebej so lahko ponosni, da prav v času, ko veliko podjetij propada oni tudi izven slovenskih meja odpirajo veliko novih poslovalnic. Zato smo mnenja, da je le-to velikega pomena za naše gospodarstvo.

Title:ANALYSIS OF SELECTED TOPICS OF CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE COMPANY MERCATOR D.D.
Abstract:Graduate seminar deals with analysing selected aspects of corporate entrepreneurship. Some of these aspects are employees’ development, their motivation, rewarding, education and other dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship. In diploma thesis we tried to present above mentioned aspects of corporate entrepreneurship in a comprehensive way. On the basis of reviewed literature and on own experiences we presented development, rewarding and education of employees in detailed on the case of company Mercator d. d. Namely, for company’s development are crucial their employees, therefore it is necessary to encourage them as much as possible, to pass their ideas and knowledge on the organization. Appropriate treatment of employees is essential, because they represent the competitive advantage of a company. In any organization we need to know how to engage skilled persons or teams, that they will find new opportunities and that they will became more innovative. The most important for corporate entrepreneurship development in a company is support and commitment of management what was also seen in our case. Analysed company Mercator d. d. is very committed to innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and open-minded individuals in various fields. It can be seen also while they are opening new branches during the economic crisis with which we consider Mercator has no major problems. In particular, they can be proud that in a time when many businesses fail to open many new branches also outside Slovenian borders. Therefore we are convinced that this is of great importance to our economy.
