Title:ANALIZA TRŽNIH MOŽNOSTI REGIONALNE ŠIRITVE DEJAVNOSTI PODJETJA PRIGO D.O.O.

Abstract:Pojem podjetništvo se danes v družbi pojavlja skoraj najpogosteje ali kar vsak dan. V literaturi bomo opazili da obstaja veliko definicij, vendar je vsem skupno, da je podjetništvo sposobnost, kreativnost, tekmovalnost in smisel za inoviranje. Diplomski seminar z naslovom Analiza širitve dejavnosti podjetja Prigo d.o.o. smo razdelili na dva dela oz. dva sklopa. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo navedli in razložili pojme, ki smo jih skozi nalogo največkrat uporabljali. Opredelili smo različne definicije podjetništva, kdo je podjetnik, kaj je sploh to podjetje, razlago smo nadaljevali s pojmi rast in razvoj podjetja ter katere načine rasti poznamo, nazadnje pa smo se osredotočili ter predstavili analizo trga po Porterjevem modelu konkurenčnih silnic. V praktičnem delu, ki je v diplomskem seminarju kot drugi del pa smo najprej predstavili podjetje Prigo d.o.o., njihove zgodnje začetke, uradne podatke, poslanstvo in vizijo ter politiko podjetja. Skozi praktični del analizirali okolje Savinjske regije, kjer smo najprej predstavili pokrajino, kamor podjetje širi svojo dejavnost, nato pa smo se osredotočili na analizo trga v tej regiji. Prikazali smo koliko podjetij deluje v tem okolju na področju dejavnosti Vzdrževanje in popravila motornih vozil in na področju Cestnega tovornega prometa. Kot naslednje smo preverili kakšna je konkurenca, analizo le-te smo naredili s pomočjo Porterjevega modela in ugotovili, da je to ena izmed najpomembnejših metod, ki jo moramo raziskati, pred odprtjem ali širitvijo podjetja, saj lahko konkurenca usodno vpliva na naše podjetje. Predstavili smo najpomembnejšega konkurenta na tem področju in sicer tako, da smo primerjali poslovanje našega izbranega podjetja ter konkurenčnega.

Title:ANALYSIS OF MARKET OPPORTUNITIES FOR REGIONAL EXTENSION OF COMPANY PRIGO LTD
Abstract:The concept of entrepreneurship appears in our daily life really frequently. In the literature different definitions can be found, but of them have in common that entrepreneurship is ability, creativity, competition and innovation. The graduate seminar entitled Analysis of the expansion of the company Prigo Ltd. is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, we stated in explained some concepts, which were used most often. Various definitions of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and enterprises were indentified. We continued with the interpretations of terms growth and development, indentified different types of growth and finally, we focused on the market analysis based on Porter’s five forces analysis. In the second, practical part of the seminar we presented the company Prigo Ltd., their beginnings, official data as well as the vision and the mission of the company. We analysed the Savinja region by introducing the landscape, where the company intends to expand its business and made the market analysis in this region. We introduced the companies operating on the field of maintenance and mending of motor vehicles. On the basis of Porter’s analysis we realized the importance of the competition, which can have a fatal effect on the acting of the company. Finally we introduced the biggest competitor by comparing its operations with the operations of the company Prigo Ltd.
