Title:IZBOLJŠANJE STORITEV MOBILNIH OMREŽIJ TRETJE GENERACIJE Z METODO ŠEST SIGMA

Abstract:S pomočjo pridobljenih informacij iz različnih raziskavah na temo poslovne odličnosti in zvišanja kakovosti poslovanja, smo ugotovili, da je pomembno kontinuirano izboljšanje proizvodov in storitev za uspešnejše tekmovanje na trgu. Koliko bodo podjetja uspešna pri izboljšanju poslovanja je odvisno od uvedenih metod za izboljšanje kakovosti in izvedbe te metode v poslovanju. Najboljšo podlago za uvajanje takih metod imajo finančno bolj stabilna podjetja, z usposobljenim delovnim kadrom in vodstvom katero si prizadeva doseči visoko zastavljene cilje. Pri telekomunikacijskih podjetjih se je metoda Six Sigma pokazala kot zelo uspešna, kar je prikazano tudi na študiji primera uvedbe Six Sigma metode v poslovaje podjetij katera ponujajo storitve mobilnih omrežjih tretje generacije t.i. UMTS storitve. Učinkovita orodja in usposobljen Six Sigma tim, lahko skrajša stroške in izboljša kakovost izdelkov podjetja.

Title:IMPROVEMENT OF A THIRD GENERATION OF MOBILE NETWORKS SERVICES WITH SIX SIGMA METHOD
Abstract:Using informations obtained from profesionaln studies, on the topic of business excellence and improving business quality, we found that continuous product and service improve is important for successull market comepting. Companies success in business improving depends on the improving quality methods and implementing them. Best fundation for introducing this methods have financialy stabile companies with trained personnel and high goals of companies management. In telecommunication business Six Sigma method has showed a great success. It should be also implemented in a third generation mobile network service (UMTS) companies. Powerful Six Sigma tools and trained team, can with excellent implenetation, reduce costs and improve products quality.
