Opis:Družinska podjetja, tako v Sloveniji kot po svetu, so pomemben sestavni del gospodarstva, saj vplivajo na razvoj celotne družbe. Tako kot družinska podjetja vplivajo na razvoj družbe, pa tudi sama sprejemajo določene vplive in dejavnike, brez katerih ne bi mogla rasti in se razvijati. Tu imajo pomembno vlogo člani družine, tako skupno kot individualno. V proučevanem podjetju je pomembno vlogo odigral oče, ustanovitelj, ob podpori soproge in kasneje celotne družine. Svoje norme, prepričanja, načela in vrednote, tako poslovne kot družinske, je uspešno prenesel na naslednjo generacijo, tako da so glavni cilji, prioritete in naloge družine ostali ves čas enaki. Da je podjetje doseglo današnjo stopnjo rasti in razvoja, je bil potreben tudi razvoj družine. Oče in mati sta svoja strokovna in pridobljena znanja prenašala na otroke in jih tako že v zgodnjih letih vključevala v poslovni proces. Tako je postalo jasno, da bodo potomci nekoč prevzeli podjetje in posel. S spremembo pravne oblike in s postavitvijo otrok na vodstvena delovna mesta so se v podjetju pojavile tudi nekatere spremembe. Prišlo je novo, sveže znanje in nekoliko drugačno, še uspešnejše opravljanje delovnih nalog. Posamezniki so tako s svojim znanjem zelo vplivali na razvoj in rast družinskega podjetja. Tudi kot družina so pripomogli k slovesu, ki ga žanjejo v ožji okolici. Uskladiti so uspeli interese družine in podjetja. Poznani so kot izjemno marljivi, delovni in zanesljivi podjetniki. Držijo se reka, da kri ni voda, kar lahko opazi vsakdo, ki je v njihovi družbi preživel vsaj malo časa. Menimo, da je ravno ta značilnost ena izmed njihovih glavnih značilnosti in prednosti. Spoznali smo, da imajo proučevani modeli razvoja skupne lastnosti in razlike. Vsi modeli so pokazali, da je podjetje še vedno v fazi razvoja in rasti, vendar pa je vsak model zasnovan tako, da obravnava samo določeno vejo razvoja podjetja, kot je na primer vodenje. Naš glavni cilj je bil torej spoznati, kako je podjetje poslovalo in delovalo skozi posamezne razvojne faze. Ugotovili smo, da je podjetje trenutno še vedno v fazi rasti, in podali predloge za njegovo nadaljnjo rast in kako naj preide v naslednjo fazo rasti in razvoja. Menimo, da je v njem potrebnejša notranja rast kot pa zunanja, saj svoje storitve v celoti obvladajo in jih še ne nameravajo širiti na nove trge. Ustanovitelj razmišlja predvsem o reorganizaciji podjetja, kar trenutno predstavlja njihov največji problem. Menimo, da smo uspešno dosegli zastavljene cilje in potrdili teze, ki smo si jih zastavili v prvem delu diplomskega seminarja.

Opis:Family businesses are an important part of the economy in Slovenia as well as in the world for they influence the development of the whole society. They also accept certain influences and factors themselves without which they could not grow and develop. Family members have an important part, collectively and individually. In the researched business the father played an important role as a founder, with the support of his wife and later on the whole family. His norms, beliefs, principles and values, businesslike and family, have been transmitted to the next generation, therefore, main goals, priorities and tasks of the family have remained the same the whole time. The progress of the family was necessary for the business to reach the present level of growth and development. The father and the mother transported their expert and acquired knowledge to the children and involved them in the business process at their early ages. It became obvious that the offspring would some day take over the company and the business. With the change of the legal form and with the appointment of the children to the leading positions, some changes appeared in the company. New fresh knowledge and somehow different, even more successful transacted work tasks have entered. Individuals have exceedingly influenced the development and growth of the family business with their knowledge. As well as a family they have contributed to the reputation of the family in the vicinity. They have managed to harmonize the interests of the family and the company. They are noted for being extremely hardworking, industrious and trustworthy entrepreneurs. They stick to the saying that blood is thicker than water, which is obvious to anyone who has spent at least a short amount of time in their company. We believe that precisely this characteristic is one of their main characteristics and advantages. We have realized that the studied models of development have common characteristics and differences. All the models have shown that the company is still in the phase of development and growth, but each model is projected in the way to deal with only a certain branch of development of the company, such as management. Our main goal was to get to know how the company officiated and functioned through individual developmental phases. We have established that the company is still in the phase of growing and have given suggestions for the continuing growth and how the company could go over to the next phase of growth and development. Our opinion is that the inner growth of the company is more important than the external one, for they completely master their services and they do not intend to expand to new markets. The founder has been above all considering the reorganisation of the company which at the moment represents their biggest problem. We believe that we have successfully attained our objectives and confirmed the theses which we set in the first part of the graduation seminar.
