Abstract:E-izobraževanje je dandanes v Sloveniji postala ključna alternativa klasičnemu šolanju. Pojav prinaša tako informacijske kot organizacijske spremembe v študijskem procesu, ki so in bodo omogočile dosego boljšega sistema izobraževanja tudi na fakulteti. V specialistični nalogi, ki je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela, bom predstavil vlogo e-izobraževanja na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede in izven nje. V prvem delu so podane teoretične osnove e-izobraževanja v okviru pregleda njegovih definicij ter razvoja orodij, metod in tehnik e-izobraževanja. Sistem e-izobraževanja je predstavljen v treh ključnih življenjskih segmentih: šolstvo, trg dela in civilizacijski standard. Teoretičen del je zaključen s seznanitvijo elementov e-izobraževanja v našem okolju tj. pomenom javno dostopnih točk – e točk, širokopasovnega omrežja in foruma. Empiričen del se prične z analizo obstoječega stanja e-izobraževanja na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede, nadaljuje in konča z zaključnimi misli o kombiniranem izobraževanju v študijskem procesu.

Title:Willingness of students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences to be E - educated
Abstract:E-learning has become a key alternative to the classical school in Slovenia. Phenomenon provides both; information and organizational changes in the academic process, which will also enable a better education system at the faculties. In a thesis, which consists of theoretical and empirical work, I will present the role of e-learning at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and beyond. The first part describes the theoretical basis for e-learning in the context of its review of definitions and development tools, methods and techniques of e-learning. E-learning system is presented in three key segments of life: education, labor market and the standard of civilized society. Theoretical part is completed with the introduction to elements of e-learning in our environment. Importance of public access points - e points, broadband network and forum. Empirical part begins with an analysis of the e-learning at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences; continues and ends with the final thoughts about blended learning in the study process.
