Title:TEMELJNI CILJI PODJETJA KOT DEL POLITIKE PODJETJA NA PRIMERU IZBRANEGA PODJETJA PRINT-DIVISION D.O.O.

Abstract:POVZETEK Dan danes je v Sloveniji vedno več majhnih in srednje velikih podjetij. Proučevano podjetje spada med srednje velika podjetja, ki se ukvarjajo z digitalnim tiskom. Zaradi konkurence, ki ga ima podjetje, mora svoje znanje in izkušnje nadgrajevati, da bo ves čas v prednosti pred konkurenco. Podjetje bo lahko uspešno poslovalo, če bo imelo dobro zastavljeno vizijo predvsem pa dobro oblikovano politiko podjetja. Diplomski seminar smo pričeli z opredelitvijo teoretičnih izhodišč o tem, kaj je politika podjetja, torej kaj je poslanstvo, smotri, izhodiščni, vmesni in končni ali temeljni cilji. Prav tako smo v prvem delu teoretično proučevali interese zunanjih in notranjih udeležencev ter interesno usklajevanje in izbiro politike podjetja. Nadaljevali smo s kratko predstavitvijo podjetja in njegovo zgodovino. Sledila je ugotovitev in analiza temeljnih ciljev proučevanega podjetja. V zadnjem delu pa smo predstavili predloge za izboljšanje temeljnih ciljev. Ti predlogi so zadrževanje kvalitet, izboljšave na področju logistike in nabave, povečanje prometa podjetja pri obstoječih naročnikih doma in v tujini in pridobivanje novih naročnikov. Podjetju bodo omogočili, da bo uspešno poslovalo in bo vedno korak pred konkurenco. S tem smo tudi prišli do spoznanja, da je dobro oblikovana politika podjetja ključnega pomena za dobro poslovanje proučevanega podjetja. Politika proučevanega podjetja pa vsebuje poslanstvo, temeljne cilije in smotre, ki izhajajo iz vizije tega podjetja.

Title:BASIC GOALS OF AN ENTERPRISE AS A PART OF THE FIRM WITH AN EXAMPLE OF A CHOSEN ADVERTISEMENT ENTERPRISE PRINT-DIVISION D.O.O.
Abstract:ABSTRACT In Slovenia, these days, are more and more small and medium-sized enterprises. The studied company is among the medium-sized companies engaged in digital printing. Due to competition, the enterprise has to update its own knowledge and experience to have the advantage over the competition. The company will be successful if it has a well-defined vision and above all a well-formed company policy. This graduate Seminar we have started with the definition of theoretical issues about what the company policy, i.e. what is the mission, purposes, basic, intermediate and final objectives or basic, is. In the first part we explored the theoretical interests of external and internal actors and stakeholder coordination and selection of company policy. We proceeded with a brief presentation of the company and its history. It followed the findings and analysis of the fundamental objectives of the studied company. In the last part, We proposed some improvements for the fundamental objectives. These proposals are keeping qualities, improvements in logistics and procurement, increasing the turnover of existing subscribers at home and abroad and attract new subscribers. These will allow the company to operate successfully and will be always one step ahead of the competition. With this we also came to the conclusion that a well established company policy is crucial for good performance of the studied companies. Politics of the studied companies include mission, fundamental goals and aims, derived from the vision of this company.
