Title:FINANCIRANJE PODJETIJ V KRIZNIH RAZMERAH - PRIMER PROIZVODNEGA PODJETJA

Abstract:V diplomskem delu bom predstavila financiranje podjetij v kriznih razmerah s ponazoritvijo na primeru proizvodnega podjetja. Diplomsko delo se nanaša na financiranje podjetja in opisuje kako podjetje posluje v teh časih finančne krize, ki je zajela veliko večino slovenskega gospodarstva. V prvem, teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela se bom uprla na osnove financiranja podjetja, ki jih mora poznati vsako podjetje, da lahko uspešno posluje. Pričela bom z osnovnimi pojmi, kot so pomen denarja in financ, vsebina in pojem financiranja podjetja, finančni sistem in finančni trg ter razložila tudi pomen in naloge finančne funkcije. To poglavje se bo ukvarjalo tudi s finančnim vodenjem in upravljanjem, sledile bodo temeljne kategorije financiranja podjetja. Za podjetje je priporočljivo, da pozna temeljna načela financiranja, oblikovati pa mora tudi svoje cilje in politiko financiranja podjetja, saj je od tega lahko odvisen uspeh njegovega poslovanja. Pri odločanju o financiranju podjetja pa so pomembna tudi pravila financiranja. V nadaljevanju pa bom opisala oblike financiranja, ki zajemajo vire financiranja premoženja podjetja in odločanje o le-teh. Zelo pomembna za podjetje pa je cena virov financiranja, vračanje denarja le-tem in pa najpomembnejše stroški, ki nastanejo pri financiranju podjetja. Opisano bo tudi več vrst stroškov financiranja podjetja. V teh kriznih časih pa so za podjetja lahko usodna finančna tveganja s katerimi se podjetje srečuje, zato lahko na trgu, poznavanju oziroma prepoznavanju le-teh, pripišemo velik pomen. Žal pa se nekatera podjetja v finančni krizi znajdejo tudi v zelo neugodnih razmerah in prav zaradi tega je zelo pomembno poznavanje Zakona o finančnem poslovanju, postopkih zaradi insolventnosti in prisilnem prenehanju (ZFPPIPP). V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela, pa bo predstavljeno proizvodno podjetje in njegovi načini financiranja podjetja ter stroški, ki ob tem nastajajo. Pri preučevanju podjetja se bom osredotočila na oblike dolgoročnega in kratkoročnega financiranja podjetja v kriznih razmerah. Vsako financiranje pa ima določeno ceno in tako imenovane stroške, ki nastajajo ob poslovanju podjetja. Konec koncev pa je najtežji del financiranja podjetja prav vračanje denarja virom financiranja, še posebno pa v kriznih razmerah v kakršnih se nahajajo podjetja še dan danes. Tako bom na primeru omenjenega podjetja želela ugotoviti kako se s financiranjem v kriznih razmerah sooča s problemi ter tveganji in reševanju le-teh. V zaključnem delu pa bom predstavila ugotovitve kako proizvodnemu podjetju uspeva poslovanje na podlagi prikazane primerjave po letih 2007, 2008 in 2009.

Title:FINANCING OF COMPANIES IN CRISIS SITUATIONS - EXAMPLE OF THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Abstract:In my diploma work I will present the finance companies in crisis situations by exemplifying the case of a production company. Diploma work is related to the financing company and describes how the company operates in these times of financial crisis, which hit the vast majority of the Slovenian economy. In the first, theoretical part of this diploma work, I will resist to the basics of financing companies that each company needs to know to operate successfully. I started with basic concepts like the importance of money and finance, content and concept of business financing, financial system and financial markets, and explain the importance and functions of financial functions. This chapter will also seek to financial management and administration, followed by the basic categories of company financing. For the company it is advisable to know the basic principles of financing, but must also formulate their own objectives and policies of company financing, since this may depend on the success of his business. In deciding on the financing of businesses are also important financing arrangements. Below I will describe the sources of financing, sources of funding include the company's assets and decide on them. Very important for the company is the price of funding sources, the return of this money and the most important costs incurred in financing the company. I will also be describe several types of business financing costs. In these times of crisis, the company could prove fatal to the financial risks facing the company, therefore, market knowledge and identifying them, are given priority. Unfortunately, some companies find themselves in financial crisis, even in very adverse situations and because of that it is very important to know the Law on Financial Operations, insolvency and forced termination (ZFPPIPP). In the practical part of the diploma work, it will be presented in a manufacturing company and its methods of financing companies and the costs incurred while. In examining the company will focus on the long and short forms of finance companies in crisis situations. Each fund has a fixed price and the so-called costs incurred at the company's operation. Ultimately, however, it is the hardest part of the financing companies also to return money to funding sources, especially in crisis situations such as now. In the final part I will present findings of how the production company business corporated on the basis of a comparison by years 2007, 2008 and 2009.
