Abstract:Delovna razmerja zdravnikov so različno urejena, kljub temu, da je na nivoju EU bilo sprejete kar nekaj zakonodaje, ki določa smernice. Med splošno ureditvijo delovnih razmerij po veljavnem ZDR in specialnimi predpisi, velja za zdravnike posebna ureditev, ki je kompleksna. Diplomska naloga prikazuje posebnosti delovnega razmerja zdravnika. Med pravnimi viri je za zdravniško službo najpomembnejši Zakon o zdravniški službi, Zakon o zdravstveni dejavnosti in pa Kolektivna pogodba za zdravnike in zobozdravnike. Zakonodaja se nenehno spreminja, dopolnjuje in usklajuje z evropsko.

Title:Rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from labour relations in case of doctors
Abstract:Labour relations of doctors are variously regulated, although there is a number of legislation with guidelines on the European level. In an overall regulation of labour relations in applicable law (ZDR) and special rules, there is a special regulation for doctors that is very complex. The main legal sources, which determine the labour relations of doctors are the Law on Medical Services, Health Services Act and Collective agreement for doctors and dentists. Legislation is constantlly changing, complementing and coordinating with the European legislation.
