Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava obnovo obstoječega 110 kV prostozračnega stikališča v razdelilni transformatorski postaji 110/35 kV Pekre. V prvem delu je podan pregled visokonapetostnih naprav, ki so trenutno vgrajene v predmetnem stikališču ter kratek opis sodobnih tehnologij visokonapetostnih naprav za vgradnjo v prostozračna stikališča ter kovinsko oklopljena stikališča zunanje oziroma notranje izvedbe, ki so trenutno na tržišču in se najpogosteje vgrajujejo. V nadaljevanju so v povezavi s predhodno opisanimi tehnologijami obravnavane tri variante obnove predmetnega stikališča. Opisane so posebnosti ter problematika obnove stikališča s poudarkom na zanesljivosti obratovanja elektroenergetskega sistema ter izvajanja del s stališča varnosti in zdravja pri delu v času obnove. Pri vsaki varianti obnove so obravnavane prednosti in slabosti, ki so vezane na čas obnove ter na čas, ko bo objekt v obratovanju. Na osnovi medsebojne primerjave ocenjevanja in ovrednotenja posamezne variante obnove glede na različne dejavnike je predlagana najugodnejša varianta obnove 110 kV stikališča.

Title:PLAN FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF 110/35 kV PEKRE SUBSTATION
Abstract:The diploma analyses the reconstruction of the existing 110 kV switchyard at the 110/35 kV substation Pekre. The first part is dealing with a survey of high voltage installations which currently exist in the substation, and a brief description of modern high voltage technologies, together with metal clad in and out version switchyards most appreciated on the market. In continuation three variants of the reconstruction of the substation on the basis of mentioned technologies are described. Described are the peculiarities and problems at the reconstruction with great stress on operation security of the electric power system, and safety during work. With every reconstruction variant its pros and cons are discussed, related to the duration of the reconstruction, and the operation time. On the basis of comparison, assessment, and evaluation of every variant the most advantageous variant is proposed.
