Title:TIMSKO DELO VZGOJITELJEV IN DRUGIH STROKOVNJAKOV PRI DELU Z OTROKI S POSEBNIMI POTREBAMI

Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Timsko delo vzgojiteljev in drugih strokovnjakov pri delu z otroki s posebnimi potrebami obravnava timsko delo, ki je vezano na izdelavo individualiziranega programa. Sestavljeno je iz dveh delov - iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del natančneje opredeljuje timsko delo, vrste timov, oblikovanje in razvoj tima, cilje in prednosti timskega dela, opisuje timsko delo v vrtcu ter opredeljuje vloge v timu. Natančneje so opisane tudi skupine otrok s posebnimi potrebami, zakon o usmerjanju otrok s posebnimi potrebami, individualiziran program, integracija in inkluzija otrok s posebnimi potrebami ter delo vzgojitelja in stres pri delu z otroki z motnjami. Podrobno pa so opisani tudi dejavniki uspešnosti timskega dela. Empirični del prikazuje raziskavo, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti zastopanost posameznih dejavnikov pri timskem delu. Dejavnike smo nato primerjali še glede na delovno mesto in delovne izkušnje z otroki s posebnimi potrebami. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo pedagoškega raziskovanja – anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga razdelili med strokovne delavce v celjski regiji, ki imajo v skupino vključenega otroka s posebnimi potrebami. Rezultati so pokazali, da so v timu najbolj zastopani dejavniki predanosti, uresničevanja in sprejetosti, najmanj pa je zastopan dejavnik zaupanja. Prav tako lahko iz rezultatov razberemo, da anketiranci dejavnike uspešnosti timskega dela ocenjujejo zelo visoko, razen pri dejavniku zaupanja, kjer se največje odstopanje oziroma nizka stopnja timskega dela pokaže pri kritičnosti do slabosti tima in pri dvomu o sprejemanju rešitev. Bistvene razlike glede na delovno mesto in glede na delovne izkušnje pa se ne pojavljajo.

Title:TEAMWORK OF TEACHERS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN WORKING WITH CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Abstract:The thesis ''Teamwork of Teachers and Other Professionals in Working with Children with Special Needs'' deals with teamwork connected with the formation of an individualized programme. The thesis consists of two parts – the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part more precisely defines teamwork, the types of teams, the formation and development of a team, the aims and advantages of teamwork, and describes teamwork in kindergarten as well as defines the roles within a team. The groups of children with special needs, the Placement of Children with Special Needs Act, the individualized programme, the integration and inclusion of children with special needs, and the work and stress of the teacher working with children with disorders are also more precisely described. We also described the factors of success of teamwork in detail. The empirical part of the thesis shows a survey we used to determine the representation of individual factors within teamwork. We also compared the factors regarding the working position and working experiences with children with special needs. We used the descriptive method of pedagogical research – a questionnaire which we distributed among the professionals of the Celje region who have a child with special needs in their groups. The results have shown that the factors of devotion, realization, and acceptance are the most represented within a team. The least represented factor, on the other hand, is the factor of trust. We can also conclude from our results that the respondents estimate the factors of success of teamwork very highly, with the exception of the factor of trust where the greatest deviation, that is, a low rate of teamwork is shown in the criticism regarding the weaknesses of teamwork and the doubt in accepting solutions. No essential differences are shown regarding the working place and working experiences.
